Delivery was quick, and mattress topper expanded within 2 days as stated. Mattress cover and pillow covers were split when arrived. I was asked to send a photo, but to be honest, when topper is in place on the bed it is very heavy to move, and I really didn't want another cover of the same inferior quality. I am very disappointed with topper, as it is most uncomfortable and I woke up with a bad back every day it was in place. I have now moved the topper underneath the mattress, because I don't know what else to do with it. This topper was not cheap, but obviously I should have opted for a better quality one - this has been a very costly experience.

The delivery was so quick that when I tried to track it on line it had disappeared from the website! Some confusion caused by this when I phoned, so maybe an already delivered flag would prevent. Deliveries are not always to the address from which it was ordered.

After an accident some 30 year ago, I have had severe back problems and regular sleepless nights. Trial and error with expensive and gimicky mattresses failed to impress and I was yet to have a decent nights sleep unless I was sedated following an operation. A memory foam mattress topper was suggested, and as a final attempt at an Unmedicated decent sleep, I found Zleeps 4" memory foam topper. This is the best purchase I have ever made. I can finally sleep on my back without waking with the feeling of a crumbled spinal column. Going to bed is no longer a dread an would highly recommend this topper to anyone with or without sleeping problems.

Ordered a kingsize and a single memoryfoam mattress , delivered within 3 days and so comfortable. Best sleep i've had in years - would highly recommend these to anyone , especially people with back trouble or arthritis.

This is the second memory foam mattress I have ordered through Zleeps and have had no cause for complaint. It is excellent value for money plus I got a free memory foam pillar with my order. i would have no hesitation in recommending Zleeps Memory Foam Mattress to Family and Friends. Infact my sister has already bought a memory foam mattress through Zleeps on my recommendation.

The delivery was excellent ordered one day and it arrived the next with free postage.

Received my mattress in 40 hours of ordering, unfortunately this was purchased for a hospital bed at home with pump action and the foam mattress would negate this.
I will keep it just the same it may come in usefull sometime

I bought the mattress on line - which was easy to do, receiving an order confirmation straight away. Received another e mail next day advising me when it would likely arrive. It was delivered the next day.
It was compressed, I simply put it on the receiving mattress and left it to unfold and recover its shape. Next morning job done.
Very comfortable to sleep on, with no aches and pains the next day at all - very restful experience.

We ordered the item on a weekend and was not expecting the delivery till the following Friday. It arrived on Tuesday. What a lovely bed; the wife and kids were all over it once it was fully installed. Looking forward to our first night's sleep in it. Giving 4 stars because we haven't had it for a while but all indications are good.

Quality product at a very good price. Item was delivered quickly and well packed. When I called customer services to them know that the pillows had not been sent they resolved the problem immediately and were very friendly on the phone.

I ordered a memory foam mattress topper on Saturday - and was told to expect delivery the following Tuesday. I tracked the parcel on Yodal's website - they claimed to attempt delivery 4 times (even claiming to have delivered it on one occasion?!) over the following week. Each time, including the time it said it was delivered, it then said it was returned to the depot. I was in all day every day and there were no deliveries. What's more, the website said they left calling cards (obviously there were no cards as no one came) and would leave the package in a garage (which is very obvious next to the house)if no one was in. It was the fact that the website just blatantly lied which riled me. There is no way of contacting yodal, and the mattress company were only privy to the same tracking information that I could see so were unable to help much. I did email yodal on their feedback page but a week later am still waiting for a response. When the parcel finally did arrive, it was delivered by a surly guy in an unmarked van who didn't seem to know where he was going (it came to the wrong house in the end!) and just dumped it in the rain.
Having said all that, the mattress topper is wonderful now that its finally come.
I would recommend the product, but urge others to find a different company who do NOT use Yodal as their courier.

I looked for ages for a decent memory foam mattress for a great price, I atumbled across this by accident but it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. The dispatch time was 2 working days and I was able to sleep on it the same night. Took a few nights to get used to but I will never go back to spring mattress, I would highly recommend using zleeps.
