The order and delivery process was excellent. Being under the impression that it was a genuine Mercedes part (Wiper Blade) was quite surprised that it did not have the Mercedes Logo stamped on the wiper blade like my old one? It does state it is a Bosch blade. I did phone and raise this and was informed that Mercedes “possibly” do not have them stamped with their logo anymore.

Placed an order with the wrong parts, before dispatch i received an email letting me know those are not the correct parts needed and they amended my order based on the reg number, next day received it with dpd! also more then decent price, thank you guys!

I ordered the one on the website which turn out to be the incorrect one for my car, the customer service team informed me they had corrected the ordering error, and price matched it.
