Part was priced well but that was it
Part was priced well. I had to chase for updates, the part arrived and bag appeared to be open. Upon inspection looked new but didn’t give me much confidence, however that said I don’t have any confidence in Mercedes as a brand.

I'm trying to establish why you had to chase up regarding delivery. Tracking details are sent automatically to contact details provided with the order. We do not sell used parts, only genuine and brand new. We are main Mercedes-Benz dealer not a reseller. This part comes directly from Mercedes UK in a clear bag (not sealed) then we repack for safe delivery to the customer. Pedal module you have received comes with 2 years Mercedes warranty, recognised at any main Mercedes dealer across the UK.
