Although the product is aesthetically pleasing and currently functions well, the assembly process was excessively difficult due to poor instructions and numerous parts, making it a purchase I would not repeat.

customer srvice were good but changing delivery time at short notice didsnt help

overall the greenhouse is ok only now ! After improvements .....the issue is the roof simply is not strong enough so I had to get a joiner to reinforce with a 4inch roof beam and 3 inch on the sides to support roof and strengthen because the frame and technique of putting the roof together is simply poor ,next time I will just build my own which I now wish I had done from the start

Purchased the shed in April for delivery in May. What absolute rubbish ! The larch laps are already splitting although it has had two coats of Cuprinol. Knots are popping out and the floor(if that’s what you would call compressed chipboard) is already sagging. It fits where it touches. I contacted customer services to complain about the quality when it arrived and she said that I could return it at my cost. This would have involved me hiring a haulage company. Don’t touch this company whatever you do, you’re only paying for trouble.

The shed had quite a few splits in the wood being nailed too close to edge of timbers , the windows in my opinion wasn’t very adequate being really thin and flimsy

The quality of the build of the shed is extremely poor. The shape of the door is terrible it does not have square cut top and bottom edges. The overall construction is frankly embarrassing whoever does the actual build work needs proper training. There must be no quality control in place whatsoever. Sadly this product does not warrant any praise in any way shape or form.

What went right? Product delivered damaged, staff have inadequate knowledge of product and can't order the right replacements for damaged parts. Rather than deal with a query, staff just delete correspondence without responding. No-one has test-built the product using the instructions as the screw lengths are not correct and lead to dangerous protrusions that dogs can hurt themselves on.

The shed is very poorly made! So many panels are split and the door doesn’t fit into the frame due to the tongue and groove not being fully in and it has been Nailed gunned in place incorrectly

We ordered a greenhouse in April and it was delivered this week and two builders came to erect it today but missing parts, damaged items we are left with a roofless doorless frame and the quality of the wood is disgraceful. We have tried to resolve and feel as if we are getting responses from an AI bot. We spoke to someone over the phone and she has given a dummy email address. This item cost over £2000 and have had our money all this time. We have now been told we have to wait another 3 weeks for the parts!! It’s almost autumn/winter. Ordered from Waltons website but it isnt a proper company as it all comes from Mercia Garden products. Dont be tempted - terrible experience and would not recommend.

The shed was delivered to the main road with no one even attempting to knock on the front door. The neighbours had to tell me it had arrived.
Then once I managed to get it in the garden to build it, I find the windows were missing. So straight away I made contact with the supplier, for it to take a further 9 days for them to be delivered with not much communication or apology in the mean time.
Then when the windows finally arrived we find they don't even fit correctly!
So we have to try and make an additional frame in the shed to be able to put them in.
The shed is full of not holes and not completely tight so will need to use silicone to seal all the holes.
The customer service is completely shocking! Not once did we receive an apology or anything offered as a way of compensation for all the inconvenience!
Will not be using supplier again.

I would not purchase from this company again the customer service team are extremely unhelpful. the products I purchased were of very poor quality considering they cost £94 each . I had to repair both items and they as both came damaged . I had had to wait in from 7am on the morning till they suggested 7 pm for delivery . The item did come before mid day I believe . But the offer to return them would again be the same pick up timings . Which was not at all convenient as I had to take a day off work to wait in. When I reached out to the company they offered me £15.00 in total as compensation and that’s not £15.00 per item but full and final . No discussion no flexibility for poor quality items An Appalling company to deal with who sell shoddy quality items .

These are awfull. They refuse refunds send out half parts of sheds... u contarct them and exspalain. Can we collect they say sure ive baged up some a split and broken down left ready for ya. Then refuse to collect these are AWFULL DO NOT BUY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THESE ALL ABOUT THEM SELF TAKING MONEY. GO BNQ STAY WELL AWAY the only 5 star reveiws they got is from the people that work there

I purchased 8x6 overlap apex shed from b&q
The product is definitely not with £470.
This shed is poorly made the roof panels have a bow in them some slats have cracks down them and the doors is an absolute nightmare to put on. If I could dismantle this and get a refund I definitely would.

everything is wrong with the shed we recently purchased. The wood is warped and has too many knots which have fallen out. The panels are cracked and we got professional installers in to put it up and they said the shed is not worth the money we spent on it. The description of the floor said it was solid wood and resistant , but is very thin, cheap and nasty. The windows are a cheap plastic and do not fit the in the window . Please avoid buying anything from this company as they do not have much sympathy or good customer service. I am going to take it further as £60.00 good will is a joke.

I ordered a shed in April that appeared to be in stock on the Wickes website . Then I received a message from MGP to say it would arrive in June , then in June I received a message to say there were delays and it would arrive in July and now it’s July I’ve been told it won’t arrive until August. I’m
So disappointed! My other shed is due to be demolished as we are having some work on our garden and we have nowhere to put anything .

I am a professional builder and have vast array of skills including building bespoke garden outbuildings in a wide range of building materials including timber.

I have just completed erecting one of this companies garden shed and I an disgusted with the product. The quality of materials used for floor panels, wall panels, roof panels and doors would frankly be better suited as firewood. Judging by what I've experienced in erecting the shed, I would confidently say when it comes to the fabrication of all components carried out at the companies premises, quality control is sorely lacking,
boardering on non existent. If you are considering investing in an outbuilding for your garden, think hard before making a purchase with this company. Their products are sold through various agents, so please do your homework. My advice is seriously consider paying just a little bit more and if you're using a tradesperson to do the job talk with him first. It might just pay dividends in the long run

Im absolutely fuming! Brought a shed from B&Q with the intentions of being delivered withing 14days. Went to book deliver and was given a date a month later. Ive spoken to 3people at B&Q and each time getting fobbed off.. computer IT issues or someone will call me back. Roll on to the day before delivery and it's cancelled! And guess what over another month for another delivery slot!. I shall be cancelling my order and not using this company again !!!
