I have had highly satisfactory experience with Meridian. Their staff have been very helpful indeed in what has felt a long and protracted sale due to complications outside of their control.

Initially when commencing the sale I did feel I ended up talking to several different agents, which was frustrating given the complications with my flat with regards to the short lease. I felt I had to prompt the agent(s) for updates, establishment of a physical sign outside the flat, and to explore alternative options to raise potential buyers interest. When prompted though, the team were excellent and were very proactive in implementing action. The sale fell through unfortunatley on the first occasion, and then when a second offer was made I did feel I had to explain alot of past issues again which was abit frustrating. Moving on from that, I found Tracey Salisbury particularly helpful in driving forward the sale and in particular chasing up my Solicitor in my absence as I worked abroad. I wish to personally thank her.

Overall, I have used Meridian for almost 3 years to manage and sell my flat and have found their services highly satisfatory. I would recommend them in the future.
