Great experience working with meridian and Taya has been fab. So far a excellent experience, quick responses and helpful throughout.

Dealt with a few of the ladies in the office arranging viewings. Always very friendly and chipper! There was some confusion cancelling a viewing recently, but finally saw the property with Danie and were impressed by the viewing carried out.

I would highly recommend Danie and the team at Meridan. Danie was a delight at the initial viewing answering all my questions and not rushing the viewing which I have experienced in the past. It was lovely to speak with a normal person who let the property speak for itself without a sales pitch. I’ve been dealing with emma through meridian for many years, I’ve always found her to be very enthusiastic, keen, helpful and bubbly., she clearly thoroughly enjoys her work, which is of course a bonus.
Emma’s is Excellent at finding the the right tenants in a very good timescale and buyers, she has efficiently dealt with both scenarios for me. This is of course very important from a landlords point of view with many mortgages and overheads to pay.
Emma has proved to be an excellent negotiator and brilliant at dealing with tenant disputes and problems .

I have recently sold my house through Meridian estate agents and was very happy with the excellent service i received from Taya and the sales team there. It was smooth process from the moment Taya got my offer accepted to the moment i had a call saying my purchase had been completed. Taya was always on hand to answer any questions or queries i had regarding the sales process and as this was my first property, i had quite a few! The team were very knowledgable and genuine and i would defiantly recommend them to anyone that wanted to buy or sale.

I recently sold my house through Meridian and felt the service and the professionalism shown from the team and in particular Ben Irvin was exemplary. My property was listed with two other agents for just over 4 months when I received a note from Ben to say that he could achieve a better level of service than what I was receiving.

I was hesitant listing it with three agents so I followed Ben's advice and went sole agency with Meridian. This turned out to be the right move as a fresh approach, better quality marketing materials and the tenacious and pragmatic approach Ben adopted in selling my property resulted in an offer and ultimately an exchange within 12 weeks.

Ben was also able to manage the chain I was in which meant that I could move to the house that was at the top of my list and to ensure my buyer followed through with their mortgage offer and survey in a timely fashion.

I have been letting my property through Meridian for over two years. They let (and re-let) it very quickly and at a great price. Emma and the team are so accommodating and helpful - they always have your best interests at heart and that's really important as a landlord. They are professional and continually strive to get you the best deal. Emma is also extremely personable. I would hands down recommend this agency to anyone looking to let or rent a property.
