charge £30 to refund your own money if you pay it twice on accident,
when handing in my notice i was given a date to move out which was perfect so arranged to move into my new place and then say a couple of days later they got the date wrong by a whole month when i have already agreed a move in to somewhere else,

they charge for everything and supply you with incorrect information.

I cannot rate Meridian Estate Agents highly enough. Their service has been impeccable. They are professional, articulate and know their profession 200%. They mediate without necessity, help, always happy to help, nothing is too much trouble and are basically just outstanding. All the team are brilliant but for my recent rental - James, Gareth and Joshua have done the industry proud.

We completed the purchase of our first home in early November 2018. Having had a disappointing experience with other estate agents in the area we were pleasantly surprised to meet the lovely team at Meridian's office on Ashley Road in Poole.
Our estate agent for the property was Leah, someone whom I cannot recommend highly enough. Throughout the sale process Leah and her colleague Tracey kept us well informed and provided honest, accurate guidance.
As first time buyers we found the buying process somewhat overwhelming but Leah took the time to talk us through the standard reports and provided an unbiased opinion on issues that arose with the surveys.
One of the main things we really appreciated about our experience with Meridian was that Leah was happy to listen to our needs as buyers. This approach meant that she could matched us to our perfect home and to the right seller. A stark contrast to agents we met elsewhere who were solely focussed on the seller's needs and their desire to make a sale.
Meridian's honest approach has restored our faith in the house buying experience and we would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Booked a valuation, not yet ready to sell. Out of the 4 agents I had out, I found Ben to be the most professional and knowledgeable. I was surprised at the difference in valuations given by all 'property experts'. Ben had prepared a comparable report to show me, which explained his valuation to which I had agreed. When I decide to sell, I would 100% be using Meridian and would definitely recommend their services to date.

Able to provide realistic valuations, contacts for when work needs doing and generally being helpful (plus they have found tenants within short time frames, which makes a big difference in terms of avoiding void periods).
