We had a bad experience with another estate agent. Meridian are another level. Leah and Danie were an absolute pleasure to deal with for the sale of our property and Tracey kept us informed with progress.

Leah from meridian has been absolutely fantastic. She went well out of her way to help my husband and myself find our first home we really did feel that she was interested in finding us the home we were looking for and not just anything that was on the market our experience has been superb from the start very good with letting us know what's going on and answering any questions we have had (as first time buyers we didn't have a clue what we were doing) would 100% use again and recommend to others thank you for an amazing service in a time where it can get quite stressful

We contacted Ben and he gave us a very good valuation. Very professional at all times and helpful. Our property went online and within 24 hours it sold! We highly recommend meridian and all staff.

Contacted Meridian after receiving a letter through the door from Ben at the end of last year. Out of the three agents that I had round to value my property, Ben was by far the most professional. From his punctuality to the way he presented himself, he far out shone the other agents.

Called Meridian as they are a local agent to me, Ben gave me a free valuation, found to be extremely knowledgeable and we were very impressed as to what meridian and Ben had to offer. I will be in contact when I am ready to sell.

Called Josh to enquire about a friend who had recently moved into the country, so might have been challenging to deal with. I found him very professional and he was clear with his answers and the client requirements. My friend then called him and they had a good chat. I'm not sure about the outcome, but I know that as a Self-Managing landlord myself, I would use this company to take the pain out of letting - and would try to get Josh to help again! Many thanks

Just got a house rented by Emma Ford, great girl, listen to what I wanted and got some one in so quick. Always on the line as had loads of questions.

By far the best estate agent i have dealt with, i tried Purplebricks and Property shop. They just go through the motions and the service they offered was basic at best. Meridian go that extra mile they make you feel like they are your friends. They made lovely comments about my home i highly recommend them i would use them every time.

Danie was excellent. She contacted me when they were in the process of adding a property she thought I might be interested in. From that we had the viewing which was arranged quickly and for a time that suited me and then she was brilliant throughout all of the negotiation period. I was kept up to date and she was able to answer all of my questions. I'd definitely go back there again and would be happy to have Danie handling my purchase.

Danie was really clear and helpful. We felt that she listened to our needs and likes. We hope to see her again on a future viewing as we progress in our house buying journey.
