Sold a house on my behalf
Sold a house on my behalf, which was subject to a probate valuation which unlike others, they did free of charge. And dealt with it sympathetically, which is very important in a sad and emotional situation. Regarding selling the house Merrick Binch sorted everything, including showing prospective purchasers round, dealing with the solicitors etc. Sold it very quickly, and as such reduced their commision !! Highly recommended.

From start to finish the team handled our sale brilliantly. Great communication, customer service and extremely friendly bunch. I have two close relatives that have also used them recently and their experience was of the same quality. I would definitely recommend them as an estate agent.
