Dont waste your money, my flat was empty for 2 months costing me money in lost rent and bills - you certainly dont save money by using this service. 90% of the viewing requests were from scammers and bots that just waste your time. In 2 months I only got 3 viewings none of which were serious.

Absolute Disgrace: Seymours, Surrey — Unethical, Negligent, and Misleading

I engaged Seymours as the property agent for my rental in Surrey. The service I received was deficient and, in my view, potentially unlawful. This behaviour of Seymours demonstrates a clear failure to uphold professional and ethical morales/duties.

A summary of problems:

- False promises of inspections and written reports: I attended the property with the agent liaison over 3 months ago and highlighted my concerns and requested for a written report and plan - no inspection report, notes, or written feedback were produced despite explicit assurances and promises.

- Misrepresentation of value: They proposed renting at a rate vastly below market value, without data, justification, or basis.

- Poor communication and delays: After escalating to management, responses were evasive and practcally effectively non-existent and cover up for two months.

- Lack of written commitments: Reluctance to commit to writing signals deliberate attempts to avoid accountability.
- Misleading contracting stage: At contracting, I, as the landlord, was misled. The contract was sent just days before the client moved, effectively pushing me to sign with false promises given verbally. As I was abroad on work, they took advantage of that situation—very suspicious and unacceptable.

Seymours failed to meet basic professional standards for estate agency services in Surrey. Their pattern of untruthful promises, misvaluation, evasive communication, and lack of written accountability is unacceptable.

Prospective clients should demand written commitments for every material action, insist on market-aligned valuations, and consider regulatory or legal remedies if standards aren’t met.

Extremely disappointed!!

Never, ever use Yopa. Their service was non-existent, their agent promised everything, delivered nothing, he never communicated, then left suddenly which meant no-one covered my area of London. My desirable property in Wimbledon received no viewings in the whole sorry 5 months with them. Worst part: I had to pay to get out of my contract. Be very very wary. They were shocking. Not even worth 1 star

I put my bungulow up for sale with fulford they were amazing nothing was to much trouble they sold my bungulow with the first open the lady doing the viewing was called Amber she was amazing I would recommend fulfords newton abbot devon

RACIST and affected my CREDIT REPORTac. Made me consent to a credit check on the basis that the landlord would proceed with my offer. Then made me wait 3 days as they apparently "couldn't get hold of the landlord" Even though they continued to hold viewings for the property over the weekend. Then stated a number of outrageous stipulations (which was never outlined before) in order to try and put me off from proceeding with me offer. RACIST company. I felt nothing but discrimination from the way i have been treated. I will forward all of my correspondence onto the financial Ombudsman to review.

Honestly can’t recommend our agent Wes Collins enough, a brilliant brilliant Estate Agent and all round great guy!!
Due to Covid we had 2 failed mortgages as the goal posts moved, Wes wasn’t to be put off and found us our perfect house through his connections. He then attempted a 3rd mortgage application through a contact of his (we’d given up at this stage!) His finance guy Michael was very positive and hard working and negotiated a great mortgage on our behalf which was like a miracle considering the market place was in tatters due to Covid, Michael’s knowledge was first class and we have since used him for all our insurances- so quick and simple. Wes then put us in touch with a very hardworking diligent legal team that fought tooth and nail on our behalf to ensure our new asset had the maximum protection against the sellers. Wes really deserves every penny he earns because he didn’t stop trying to get the deal over the line, constantly chasing people up and pushing on our behalf. Can’t recommend him enough, if the rest of them at this company are like Wes then they will and deserve to take over as they are first class grafters! Thank you from our family in our perfect home in time for Christmas!

I wasted 2 months of my time & money awaiting to purchase a Flat which was being sold by Online Estate agents with a Garage included in the sale price, before even viewing the property I asked if the Flat could be rented out, to which I was told there would be no problem as other flats in the block were already rented out to tenants.
After waiting 2 months for the leasehold pack to get sorted my Solicitor informed me that the Garage was not included in the sale & if I wanted a Garage there was a waiting list to acquire one at an extra charge.
I was also informed that the flat could not be rented out to my awaiting tenants, so I have lost money having searches completed & wasted 2 months of my time.

Great company. Very professional, experienced and with the highest customer service skills. We have sold our property with their help. It was a very long process during the pandemic. The whole team has always been there to help us chase our buyers, lawyers and whoever else needed. Been extremely helpful and supportive. especially Sarah who has always called us back and responded to all our emails with no delay. I cannot recommend them enough and have already got 2 more neighbours of mine to approach them when selling their properties. Normally, with a lot of stuff you get what you pay for and a lot of people think that by going with a high street agent they will benefit in many ways. they never do! You pay a very fair price with these guys and get a 5 star service from the start to the end.

My son collected the keys for his new home today. We would especially like to thank Bill who went above and beyond in supporting my son as a first time buyer. Bill was helpful from us showing an interest in the property to completion. Nothing was too much trouble for Bill and I would highly recommend.

We have just bought our first house and picked up the keys today which we are very excited about! Thank you so much, especially to Sarah for supporting us through this process and answering our queries super fast on email and helping us, it is much appreciated!

Buying your first house during a pandemic is never ideal, and I'm very glad it was through online estate agents. I had a positive experience from the start of the process and also an enormous thank you to Sarah. She was fantastic at getting back to me quickly, she went above and beyond to answer all and every question I could ask, and her friendly manner and positivity were a huge help when there were delays beyond our control. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

I have dealt with many estate agents over the years but online estate agents were a breath of fresh air. From my first appointment with Scott valuing my house and Elliot being ever so patient showing me round the potential purchase several times! I can honestly say it was a enjoyable and stress free experience.
Sharon was always helpful and cheerful even through this pandemic!
I have saved special praise for Sarah! She went over and above, time and time again, to help reassure me and push this sale over the line. (Directors if you seeing this - give that woman a pay rise! She works all hours and is the most efficient person I have ever worked with - nothing is too difficult!!
I would say for the very, very cheap price I paid - this company are a great team! Employ them you really won’t regret it!!

Absolutely great experienced team handling my sale. Only took a couple of weeks to get the first offer in! Nothing was too much trouble, both from my point of view and my buyer's point of view too - even during Covid Lockdown! Ultra professional and always on the end of the phone or email to help.

Great Team! Recently sold a property in Nottingham with the help of Sarah, Liam and the team at Online Estate Agents. Very efficient service, thoroughly pleasant throughout, with no hidden costs; all despite the pandemic lockdown in the middle of the process.

Had a trouble free process from start to finish Scott helped with a number of late Friday viewings and Sharon kept everything on track. From first viewed to getting the keys in less than 5 weeks happy days would recommend to all buyers and sellers

Sarah Davies at online estate agents made our move so easy - and she wasn’t even acting on our behalf! We bought a property from them, it was our first ever purchase and she went above and beyond to make sure it all went through, even though we weren’t her clients nothing was ever too much trouble for her! Sarah made the process less stressful for us, did everything she could to make life easier and to reign in a very difficult company who were selling the house, and being very difficult! Definitely would recommend and if we do ever need to use an estate agent, they will be our go to!
