I have recently used Online Estate agents to sell my house.
I can honestly say, if you want to sell your property, this is the place to go. Bill and his colleagues are remarkably proactive, and really are top of their game. Thankyou so much for a seamless transition!

Online estate agents were brilliant throughout our selling process. We put our house on the market on the Friday afternoon and had sold it by 10am Monday morning! Couldn't fault them in anyway.
Scott and Sarah looked after us throughout and were amazing. They were so friendly and kept us informed throughout the process.

My partner and I were looking to purchase our first home together. Despite us not progressing with the purchase, Sarah was fantastic up to the point that we had to pull out. Throughout the whole thing, Sarah was very informative and was truly a professional in explaining the whole process to us. We had some very tricky circumstances and Sarah was great at keeping us informed and always endeavoured to ensure we were kept in the loop. It’s very rare to meet someone so passionate and we would definitely recommend seeking Sarah out if you want that personal touch!

After my initial apprehension about online estate agents in general, I have to say that this estate agent and in particular Rakhee, who dealt with all the chasing of solicitors and dealing with all aspects of the sale and purchase was excellent.
Rakhee was professional kind, supportive, hardworking and tenacious in getting everything sorted.
She was wonderful throughout the whole process

Rakhee and Sharan were fantastic throughout the process. They were active for booking viewings in and were even more active with the aftersale service. I was in a 7 property chain which had a lot of complications. Rakhee especially went above and beyond her responsibility and helped me immensely in the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sale their property.

Seriously impressed with these agents, particularly after being badly let down by emoov.
I asked Jason, the local agent, for a price for quick sale. He clearly got it right because the house was under offer a week after going on the market at about top whack for the area and that size of house. Sam and the folk on the phone are really excellent and actually listen to what you say - not usual going by past experience with the local estate agents round here. They are also very quick and efficient in negotiating the price and then liaising between me and the buyer. I never did need to use the online dashboard as we sold so quickly.
