Ive added my welsh portfolio of properties with the Welsh agent, Simon Harries I am shocked by the pure seamless efficiency of him, to his knowledge of pricing, and speed of getting my properties listed without errors all within a day. I would also like to thank Elliot Wakeman at the companies head office for his support in working with Simon to arrange the first viewings, the very next day after the listings went live. This team will be unbeaten in Wales and the UK. I will soon try Simon with my larger English portfolio, and hope Simon & Elliot can take the stress where others have failed so badly. I have been blown away by the service I have had from The Online Estate Agents. What should have been an easy sale, wasn’t, yet nothing was too much trouble.
Sarah, who coordinates the sale from point of offer, has been exceptional. She’s always bubbly, helpful, and keeps all sides nudged along. Both the buyer and myself ( seller), have commented on her excellent manner and helpfulness.

I absolutely couldn't fault Sarah Davies, the sales progression manager for the people we were buying from.
She was so helpful and communicative, and just lovely to talk to. Despite not being contracted by us, she was very happy to help with queries and advice, which was appreciated so much. It was our first house purchase and she was a real help.

I recently purchased a property on which Online Estate Agents were acting for the seller. Whilst there were numerous legal issues which led to delays on the purchase, Sarah was amazing at staying in touch with everyone, keeping me up to date at all times and pushing the purchase along, always with a smile and a laugh.

Put our flats in Ystalyfera for sale with Simon from On -line estate agents . Found him so easy to deal with and a very professional service . We have had at least 5 very serious potential purchasers within weeks . I feel without the lockdown they would have sold within a couple of weeks . Service 5 Stars !!!

Simon Harries has to be the finest agent, Ive had the pleasure of meeting and working with, nothing is too much hassle for him, he remains cool and in control under stress and difficult situations. I would recommend this company to anyone, they leave other estate agents way behind.

I listed my property with online estate agents via the Welsh agent Simon Harries, I was so pleased I called him, he was helpful and highly knowledgeable. I only wish other agents in Swansea were as good as Simon, I can only say online estate agents will be a total success in Swansea, keep up the good work

WOThis company purchased my contract for sale from an administratore when LOC8 went into administration.
The ONLY service provided was to change the sold sign to one with their name on.
They
required a new contract at a higher price to re-market the property when the sale failed to progress
repeatedly failed to return the keys to the property
Denied any knowledge of the sale when approached by the buyer for the keys to the property
Forced the buyer to drive from Liverpool to Leicester to collect the keys

We trusted Scotts advice and experience and once we agreed on the sale we were contacted straight away by Sarah Davies to deal with the completion of the sale. We cannot speak highly enough of Sarah she is very knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. She kept us updated at all times, if Sarah said to me "I will ring you tomorrow" I knew for sure she would, as the sale took longer than we anticipated to complete Sarah became a great support, she genuinely cares and that comes across when you speak to her at all times.
