Wonderful customer service! Andela went above and beyond. Responded to my concern in a timely manner and even followed up on it again to make sure it was resolved even though they didn’t have to. Very considerate.

Shockingly great experience!
I have been wearing combat since Ian was in Minor Threat and Danzig was in the Misfits. Things have changed from going to Army Surplus places to spending over 300 bucks for a pair of Gripfast. So when I saw the selection of boots and the prices, I was sure that everything would be out of stock or the various shipping prices and fees would make everything $300. Needless to say, I was wrong. The boots are great (Steady’s), they were at my place in 3 business days, the fit was great, they are exactly what I wanted. I got to say Metalshop knows what they are doing.

What makes the METAL SHOP so great??? because they carry all the different brands of clothing that I like. for example, WORNSTAR-HYRAW-SULLEN, and many others. As well as band shirts. they have just about everything. They even had a discontinued Wornstar shirt that I was desperately seeking. How about that? This shop is very professional and I have never had any issues with any shipment. and I order quite often. Like I said, this is the place to get it done right.

Wrong size
They purposely sent the wrong size and when I wanted to send it back they said they won’t cover the return cost. To return the shoes, it would cost be $500 so I’m just stuck with a pair of oversized clown shoes. Thanks

First of all, I wanna say they communicated with me so amazingly when I had quite a few questions since this was my first time buying from them (and they are quick with responses). I literally received my boots all the way in the US in about 4 ish days (I cant remember exactly) but it was only a few days after they were ready to be shipped. They came so fast and I LOVE them. So comfy, perfect size, and they look BADASS!

We had a random mishap with not receiving an order confirmation email, but Caroline was on top of it. She was quick to respond, super helpful, and tracked down our order to see it had already been shipped the same day we ordered. Being that we are in the US, I didn't expect it to ship out or receive it so quickly ;) we received it within the promised timeframe.
