These guys are amazing
These guys are amazing! Sent an enquiry through their website(which was very easy) on Wednesday morning and they got back to me straight away. I needed security keys which my local key cutters were unable to do. My new keys arrived Thursday morning and work perfectly. I was happy with the price as it would have been very expensive to replace the lock if I couldn't get new keys. Very easy to deal with, would recommend.

Extremely expensive
I needed two keys cut and 1st Metropolitan Locksmiths quoted £11.95 each plus VAT. With admin of and postage of £4.25 + VAT the total would have come to £33.78. They said that I may have already found that these keys can be difficult to get copied, but a local hardware shop copied them no problem for £2.50 each, and they are perfect.
£33.78 against £5.00 - Hmmm!

I'm sorry that you're not happy with the price. Nevertheless, I don't think it's wholly fair to give us such a bad review when we replied to your enquiry within seven minutes of receiving it with a fully non-binding quote. How many online services can do that!?
We cut all our keys remotely. You would not have needed to leave your house to get a key cut, and we make them with computerised machines that guarantee precision and accuracy.

Use no-one else
Use no-one else. Stan at Metro Locks couldn't have been more helpful. I had a problem with the large plastic bow of a key not fitting into my keysmart keyring and he spent a good while shaving bits off until it was the perfect fit. That was two years ago. Needed replacement keys and he remembered and asked if I'd like the same again. That's class.
Friendly and exceedingly helpful. Couldn't be happier.
