DON'T CALL THEM.
I was just ripped off by this scam company last week, and I wish I could have done more research previously before called them.
My air con has noise and that was the only problem I want to someone to fix. I was introduced with the rejuvenation and full fault find service by their first call out person for a $1800 job. The technician firstly spray the inside filter, and I asked him if he wanted to listen to the noise first, and he opened up the front cover and said the compressor needs to be replaced and nothing he can do about it just by visually looking at it. The whole process took 20 mins including talking, and I realised this is joke and cancelled the rest of job, but still got requoted for $1400 that doesn't fit the purpose at all. I can pay reasonable amount based on the job performed but $1400 cannot be justified at all for the less than one hour work without material and equipment just because I stupidly trusted them and signed the paperwork initially. Some of them might do good job BUT my experience was terrible and I looked other comments that have showed the same. So I don't understand how this company still survives with all the regulated bodies and consumer laws, I will report this issue to CAV and ACCC and they need to do something so other people don't get into the rejuvenation trap like me.

Absolute Scam. Read the current affairs article before dealing with this company. UnAustralian prices and they extort you. Also, they dont have their own tradespeople. They subcontract to other flagship (metropolitan etc another scam organisation)
