I wish I would read a current affair investigation article before we agreed to their fees and services.
Our experience: call out fee $141.90, service fee $2,049.00 included 'Conduct a full rejuvenation and jet clean'.
The service was completed in under two hours (most of the time he was on mobile, private call), yet we were charged $2,049.00. This seems disproportionately high given the time spent on the work. Additionally, the noise level from the air con unit remains high and unchanged, despite the maintenance work.
During the initial visit, the technician informed us that the unit's noise level was too high and assured us that this issue would be addressed during the maintenance service. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We were also told that the service might take about 4 h or more, which was the basis for our agreement to proceed. However the technician Mark spent less than 2 h at our house, and we believe the issues were not adequately addressed as promised.

Avoid this company at all costs! I paid $149 for a technician to come out, only for them to take a few photos of my air conditioner and give me an exorbitant verbal quote for repairs. They didn’t even turn the unit on or properly assess the issue. The technician couldn’t explain what was wrong and seemed indifferent. After two frustrating phone calls with customer service, they refused to refund the call-out fee. It was a complete waste of time and money. Stay away!
