$3000 + for a heater service mid week during the day! WTFPaid the $141.90 call out fee on the phone at 1pm on a Monday and they came to the house within the hour which was fab! Then they quoted $3000 + for a gas log fire service and clean! I nearly choked and said "no thanks, I can install and buy a whole new heater for that price".

Felt really taken advantage of. The service man said they are more expensive because they provide "emergency service" that's why the attend so quickly I guess but, on the website and phone they talk about fast efficient same day service. My heater service was not an emergency by any means and had they have indicated that I will pay "emergency inflated" prices - I never would have booked them and even if it was an emergency those prices are ridiculous!

Charged my daughter over $10K to replace a small hot water service in her apartment. Very generously organised finance for her!!! Asked for the invoice to be itemised and was told they can't do that so unable to see labour charges. Looking online parts should have been no more than $1500 so labour came to approx $9K????

If I could give 5 stars I would. Fantastic work and great results. The installation was flawless and the bathroom was left clean. Completed in a timely manner. Quoted cheaper than another company I had called before. Recommended!!!
