Great quality and on point fit of an embellished dress
I ordered an embellished dress and it was beautiful! It was delivered very quickly and although I had to exchange for a different style, the size was on point and the customer service was prompt and easy to follow for an exchange. I would definitely order from them again!

Beware of this cheating, dishonest company!!!
I bought a dress from Mew Mew that doesn’t fit—it’s far too long. When I tried to return it, I found out they refuse to give a return address unless I agree to buy another dress. I’ve been asking for the return address for over two weeks and keep getting ignored.
This is extremely frustrating and illegal under European consumer protection law. EU customers have the right to return items that don’t fit. Mew Mew is selling to European customers while deliberately ignoring these laws. Beware of this cheating company. This company practices are misleading, unethical, and unacceptable.

Stunning!
I ordered the dress 2 months prior for a gala, theme was 50th "Gold" year. This was the best dress for it! I emailed and touched base with customer service, they were on top of the order and was able to give me an approximate delivery, I received the dress within 7 weeks, just in time before the gala and minor tailoring, needed a clasp at the top (my recommendation for this dress to Mew Mews). This dress was made to order. Arrived in prestine condition! Like previous review, the dress is comfortable. The triangles under the armpit were slightly poking, but tolerable. Not painful at all. The dress arrived a bit longer for adjust ment flexibility, I just cut the length myself a few inches. Did not need a tailor for it! "Each metal triangle comes with plastic covering that takes some TIME to take off. So make sure you save time for that. It was very elegant and surprisingly light to wear. The gold pieces can be bent backwards." I didnt peel the plastic pieces off, and it was still shiny and stunning. However, by the end of the evening after dancing and moving around, there was some clear plastic covering separating. Not a big deal at all. No one even noticed! People I didnt know wanted to come up to talk and feel the dress! Definitely a stunning and comfortable dress!

You will not be disappointed they helped every step of the way. I reached out about a dress was nervous but they eased my mind completely they helped me every step with my order. The order came so fast I didn't realize it was the dress when I opened the package I was AMAZED exactly as pictured. It literally took 3 days. I will tell everyone about Mew Mews this will be by go to shop forever.

I love that Mew Mews has videos of the models moving in the clothing. I really like how durable the sequins, fringe, and bedazzles are on the clothing. Do not trust the sizing and NO REFUNDS
Do not trust the sizing or the pictures. The L size of the dress I purchased was way out, at best a small size 12. The fabric was no where near the bright colours shown on the website. Also this firm do not do refunds, only gift cards and exchanges, not overly helpful if you cannot trust the sizing as you're unlikely to buy again. Purchase at your peril, especially if you are a UK12 or 14.
Would definitely not buy from them again, the no refund policy is ridiculous.
