Poor Quality and Very Difficult Returns
I ordered three items from Mew Mews and wanted to return two of them because the quality was absolutely poor. The clothes feel very cheap and are made of low-quality polyester. One item at least had a nice style so I kept it, but even that one was not worth the price in terms of quality.
That’s when the real drama started. We tried to return the items from Germany, but instead of providing a proper return solution, customer service kept trying to convince us to keep the items in exchange for a voucher or to “gift them to friends.” Neither option was acceptable given the poor quality.
After many back-and-forth emails, nothing moved forward until we finally had to open a PayPal buyer protection case. Only then did the process continue. In the end, we had to return the items to the USA at our own expense (27 € shipping plus customs fees).
Whether we will actually get our refund remains to be seen. At least we are finally rid of the junk. Overall, very disappointing experience and definitely not recommended.

Unique birthday dress
I bought the most beautiful , unique dress for my birthday and the quality was exceptional… The dress fit perfectly it didn’t require any undergarments although being a little bit different than pictured, it was still beautiful. I would definitely buy again for cocktail or event dresses.

Beautiful dresses and great presentation
I ordered a dress and it arrived and was running small and I tried to order a different size but it was sold out. The customer service offered several options to return or keep with a large discount and store credit. I choose to keep and took it to be altered. And ordered a new dress. The second dress fit perfect and the first dress was able to be altered to fit me. The experience was great and both dresses are really incredible and made beautifully and had great details that I didn’t expect. They were packed and shipped beautifully in boxes and great care. One had fringe beading and the strings were all tide in groups so they would not be tangled. The other had details including clear straps and silicone inside to keep the strapless dress in place. I also bought a diamond covered handbag which was beautiful. I am a clothing manufacturer and was really impressed with the product and presentation. I only think it runs a little small.
