Very effective and great service. From making an enquiry through to the service Marcus and Ben made it simple and efficient. Ben arrived as planned and did a full and comprehensive service. The finished was great and he left the hot tub looking like new again.

I don’t often do reviews, but they were outstanding. We had a fault with our tub (bought elsewhere). They came same day and fixed completely. We also booked a service, which was on time and reasonably priced. The hot tub is now actually better than when we bought it. Really nice people and recommended to friends already.

Found Marcus on line so first time we have used him.
Gave estimate after seeing my photos turned up on time and completed the job with a couple of problem which he overcome within the price.

I was searching for someone to service my hot tub. I found Marcus, who came back to me very quickly and was really helpfu. He confirmed a date and time and was true to his word. Marcus and Ben were on time they kept me informed with what they were doing. They were friendly and thorough, left everything clean and tidy. The hot tub looked so much better for a deep clean service. I would highly recommend them and will be having them back for the yearly service

Absolutely fantastic service, Marcus has delivered top quality service from start to finish repairing our faulty hot tub with new circuit board and pump. Very professional, on time and tidy. Marcus was able to diagnose the problem quickly and issue a quote to fix returning just a couple of days later to carry out the work, brilliant! Thank you Marcus.

As a hot tub owner for the past 3 years, my family and I have learned a harsh lesson that hot tub companies that sell brand new hot tubs promising customers like us to provide a service plan and parts is actually not true. All they care about is the sales side of selling hot tubs but not interested in coming back to service them as they promised when we purchased it. My family and I have had an awful experience of this chasing the company we purchased our hot tub from brand new for its service. The hot tub company did not even respond back to our chasing communicative messages and phone calls. This led to me doing a search on the internet to find a local company that service hot tubs with good trust pilot reviews…..and we found the wonderful Marcus from MG Hot Tubs Ltd. Marcus was very professional, responsive, great customer care and he booked my family hot tub in for service. Literally something that has taken my family almost a year trying to get the company we originally purchased our hot tub from to come out and service it took Marcus few days to book us in and within a week, came out to service our hot tub. Great reliable service and I strongly recommend Marcus to anyone wanting to service their hot tub. Don’t waste your time with the hot tub company you purchase your hot tub from as they don’t care about after sale service and only interested in sales. Thank you Marcus for a great customer service and great job done on our hot tub.

As a new customer Marcus was great in trying to fit me in for an appointment during a really busy week & such short notice, he made it happen and arrived early to the appointment, was very professional, informative and honest throughout. The fix was completed quicker than expect to such a high standard, he gave us lots of advise and help
with our first hot tub & ensured all the paperwork that followed was professional and received in such a timely manner! Highly recommend Marcus in himself such a great guy plus the service was excellent and very acceptable pricing - Thank you!!

This is the first time I have ever written a review but I felt compelled to do so!!
Marcus was absolutely wonderful. He fixed a leak in our very old hot tub. It was a difficult job due to the age and the accessability of the leak.
Marcus was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and clear regarding times and pricing.
We were extremely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Marcus from MG Hot Tubs did a fantastic job installing a new cover, lifter, and circuit board for our hot tub. He arrived exactly on time, was polite, courteous, and worked efficiently throughout. Everything was done to a high standard and with great care. It’s rare to find such reliable and professional service these days — highly recommended!

Marcus came to us yesterday to service our 20+ year old hot tub that has not been used for a couple years. He got it sparkling clean and running beautifully. From the prompt response to communication, through the diagnosing of the issue to the repair, Marcus has been exceptional. Pricing made clear and kept to, great timekeeping. Marcus clearly has an excellent knowledge around hot tubs and has a great ability to explain the problems and solutions and to give sound advice on the regular maintenance. We will definitely be calling on him for the annual service.

Once for a repair and service, second time was for a tub relocation and service.

Marcus took the time to understand and resolve a long term issue with my hot tub leaking that even the supplier homewood leisure refused to resolve. Excellent job with a very tricky problem. I can’t recommend Marcus enough. Reliable, calm, honest and diligent.
