Good materials at fair prices and friendly staff.
Ordered online, got a call the very next day to confirm and delivery shortly after that. The delivery man was super friendly and insisted on helping me out getting the timber in my back garden even though I'd have happily done it myself.
Will be getting more stuff from here in future.

From start to finish the communication was excellent 👌 Kim is particularly pleasant and accommodating.
We ordered the wrong size of slats.
Within half an hour she resolved it, and then said that they would waiver the additional cost and delivery.
How extremely kind .

I added to my order the following day and this was handled by Karen and Nathan, who were both very helpful, polite and professional.
The delivery arrived today by a female driver who originates from Manchester (Sorry I didn’t catch her name). She was also extremely helpful and polite. She assisted me in moving the materials to my premises. Yet again another satisfactory purchase and service from MGM Timber at Inveralmond. Thanks.
