Just what was needed before and after a long flight!
A well managed process.

Everything was just as expected from the clear instructions supplied. Very helpful attendant at grey desk, keys all ready on our return despite delay getting through customs. Cannot fault the service and will definately use again.

We have always found the MGP Heathrow service very helpful and convenient, but it is now even better! Having the concierge desk located inside the short-stay car park next to the lifts means you can just drop / collect the keys without having to worry about precise timing of meeting a driver outside (also no more dashing through the rain with luggage). Many thanks for your friendly and reliable service - top marks!

Have used MGP a few times over the last couple of years and every time they provide a first class service. Dropping your car close to the terminal takes the hassle out of parking and the bonus is your car is waiting for you when you get back no buses or walking for miles.

Have used this company for many years as well their sister company at Gatwick and always received prompt, polite and efficient service. Good value and excellent service provided.

Very very disappointed on my experience at Heathrow especially after I have used in Gatwick with no hitch.
On arrival in short stay parking (the new way of dropping off your car as originally it was collected at drop off) the attendants at the desk had no info on me even though I presented them with an email from mgp showing receipt of payment. They told me to call various numbers and kept coming back to original person. Finally after 45 mins of this they told me I had to pay again (which was now more money as on the day). They should have taken the receipt and email correspondence as given but they did not.
After forwarding the emails over I managed to get my refund of the original price and no offer to refund the increased amount. I also emailed a request for this as I shouldn't have paid the increased amount and have had no response.
After this experience I have no option but to not use MGP Heathrow again.

Most efficient and excellent value for money. We were given all the information that we required to park at Heathrow which was a first time experience for us. Our car was available for collection immediately even though we were an hour early on our return. Highly recommended.

This is the sixth time we have used the Meet and Greet service and it is excellent. The online booking system is very easy to use, there is no need to phone when you are en route, arrival and return instructions are clear and there is someone at the desk to take an return your keys.

Will continue to use this excellent service.
