Service was good and much improved for us as we didn't have to wait for a driver to turn up to take or return the car. The man at the purple parking desk was helpful and when we returned the car was ready and waiting. The only negative is that we were not able to watch as they inspected the car for damage.

Calling to say we were arrving early, the company didn't seem to have our booking and to know about us, even though we had paid. In the airport a friendly man met us, still not knowing who were, he didn't question the problem any further, but took our car away. We were a little worried.
Upon arrival the car was waitng for us a the different termnianl as requested, no all in all very good,

The representative was waiting for us as expected.
Polite and help man got us on our way.

You don't really feel that you are secure with many of these companies and I have had bad experiences in the past (use them about 5 times per month) including a botched repair subsequent to my car being dented while in the care of the contractor....initially he didn’t even want to take responsibility.

BUT with Meteor, it may be more expensive but it is a well run operation and the people are there to serve you. Strongly recommended!

The parking arrangements with MGP/Meteor worked extremely well both for departure and arrival. Staff were courteous and friendly and efficient. Thank you to all of them.

I have used MGP twice now from Heathrow T5. Good reliable company and efficient returns particularly after a long flight when you just want to get your car quickly :)

First Class service by First Class staff and company. I cannot fault them in any way at all. Absolutely brilliant and would thoroughly recommend them.

All it took was a quick call coming through Customs to have my car all warmed up and waiting for me. After 10 hours in the air, it was a delight to have such a speedy getaway. Definitely be using them again.

I was really pleased with the efficiency, I was a little nervous as I have never done this before and was worried I would be waiting around which was the last thing I wanted to do after a over night flight but my car was ready and waiting. I will definitely use again.

Very good experience both dropping off and collecting the car. We were met outside the arrivals hall and led to our car on our return whcih was a bonus. We will use this company again amd can recommend them.

Due to delay arrived later than scheduled but driver waited & was very patient. Liked that was text with contact number before arriving at airport and on arriving back to collect car.

Helpful, efficient and friendly staff who quickly assisted with the handover process on arrival. Similar service provided on return to Heathrow for collection of vehicle. The handover and collection area is close to departure and arrivals areas, therefore no great distance to travel before checking in or exiting. Would recommend to anyone.
