Please don't change appointment times
The engineer was great, but the booking experience was poor. I received repeated notifications that the time of my boiler service had changed, with no consultation beforehand to ask whether this was convenient. When I contacted the office they moved the appointment back to a convenient time, but then it was changed again. Customers have busy lives and it's not fair to keep changing the times of appointments for your own convenience.

A pleasure to have my boiler serviced with this company
Booking an appointment with MHL Services is always easy and the lady at the other end of the phone is helpful and friendly. I had regular updates on the time of arrival even to the last ten minutes to tell me they were on their way.
The boiler engineers are always very friendly and quickly get down to the the job in hand answering any questions i might have clearly. A pleasure to have my boiler serviced with this company.

Basically contract out work to other sub contractors - work standards ok , guys are friendly. not willing to discuss client side options and requests in my experience. Didn't want to discuss site requirements and claiming 'prices never be beaten ' isn't true. As soon as challenged, they 'closed my account' - that I never had in the first place. Won't be using again, too much better choice in the area.
