I ordered extra deep white fitted sheets from this website as they were sold out on other comparable sites. To get free delivery and the offer code I then bought an extra set of complete bedding. The bedding Set arrived with no mention of the extra deep fitted sheets. I removed their packaging etc. and waited for the sheets to follow. Nothing arrived. I contacted Mias Bedding to see where the sheets were and they said they didn't have them and did I want another colour - which were in stock on all other sites also. I couldn't then return the bedding set (which was very cheap in quality and had plastic press studs, not buttons - hardly decent quality) so had to keep that and then find another website to get the fitted sheets I actually needed. I wasn't refunded my full amount and they removed money from my refund without any explanation. Suffice to say I shan't be using them ever again. In the end I found this following site to buy my bedding and am very happy with all their service and quality- The Towel Shop

I purchased 600 TC Egyptian cotton bed sheets and it is the worst quality sheets I have ever had. The sheets bubbled after the first wash. Avoid.

NO WAY ARE THESE 600 COUNT PURE COTTON
I purchased these Fitted Sheet 600 High Thread Count 100% Egyptian Cotton Hotel Quality Bed Sheets but after only 3 washes its like sleeping on Sandpaper they are so bobbly and NO WAY are these 600 count 100% cotton , and despite my contact to Customer services (4 times ) not one response ............THEY ARE NO WAY Fitted Sheet 600 High Thread Count 100% Egyptian Cotton Hotel Quality Bed Sheets AND ONLY FIT FOR THE BIN

We have a 30 day return policy for faulty goods. Also we apologise in delay to respond to your query, it seems that the first of your 3 emails were sent to wrong address. Our chat support staff provided the correct email address to you when you contacted them 2 weeks ago, and since then our support staff has been in touch with you. Now since the product have been used over several months and quality over time gets affected depending on the heavy usage, the chemicals used to wash and clean etc. That's why we recommend our customers to follow the care instructions that comes with the set. Nice product, arrived on time,the fit is on the small side for 40 cm deep as my sheets are 40cm and fit right under mattress,but will keep as can't be bothered to return.

Bad start…better ending!!
Ordered a super king 600 thread Egyptian cotton duvet and pillow case set. It is honestly the worst quality bedding I have ever purchased…the material is rough and itchy and is definitely not Egyptian cotton. Absolute con!! Will never buy from this company again. Paid for UPS delivery, it arrived via Hermes 5 days later. Should have realised that a company that asks for a tip when you go to check out are bound to be con artists. UPDATE…After I left the review Miasbedding emailed me and apologised and asked if a 50% refund would be satisfactory as they didn’t want to have an unsatisfied customer. I accepted the 50% refund and am happy with this as I feel 50% refund equates to true value of the bedding. Thank you to Miasbedding for resolving my issue promptly without me having to contact them…because of this I have given them 3 stars instead of 1.
