Honestly I can’t say enough about my experience with this company, I ordered 2 sets bedding, they arrived so quickly, I loved the sets and they look amazing on the bed!!!! Washed one already and wash beautifully! I sent a email to ask if they did matching curtains, very swift reply and so I ordered them too, they came so quickly, unfortunately I measured them wrong and they were too big, so sent e mail asking to return but could I order another bedding set as I loved them so much, they kindly said keep the curtains and re ordered me a bedding set at no cost to myself!!! AMAZING customer service

Customer service and delivery was fine and didn’t have any issues with either.

However, the item I bought is just woeful. There is no other word to describe this particular bedding. The pintuck design isn’t actually sewn as pintuck - you have to manually create the the design by drawing up and adding in creases yourself. A very tough job.

I put on the bedsheets and spent 5 minutes staring at how poor they looked. Wish I could upload images of the picture on the website and the reality. I bought the item based on the picture. Completely different! Which is a bit misleading. So sad I got duped by the photo.

Excellent from start to finish. The quality is that of something much more expensive. I’m just disappointed that the same bedding isn’t available in a putty/beige colour.
