Quality and descriptions not accurate! No refund service!
I bought an “Egyptian cotton” bedding set and it clearly wasn’t quality fabric or stitching once received, one of the pillows started to come apart and change colour after one wash.
Also their pillow and mattress protectors were described as cotton however this is not described on the packaging when received and feels like cheap polyester with a slight plastic feel. They refused my request for a refund and only gave me a part store-credit which has been useless.
Would avoid this company.

A very unhappy customer
1st feedback
I would like to give them no stars but the system won’t allow it.
After reading good reviews about Mias bedding I placed an order, well I have received that order twice although part of one of the orders were missing. I have also been charged twice but two different amounts, I have no idea what went wrong and Mias are incapable or unwilling to help me with this matter. I have emailed there support team and am just been given the run around. I don’t have the money to waste like this and am now seeking legal advice.
I would not recommend that you use Mias bedding as if there is a problem they don’t appear to have the ability to able to sort it out.

Thank you for your reply although it does not allow me to respond, I’m not sure it was that simple and it’s taken you a week to come up with this after my many emails to you.
I have only ever got one email from you confirming my order and surely if I had ordered twice I would of received two, also you do not mention the part of the second order that didn’t arrive. How can I send something back that hasn’t arrived?

Well it taken a month but the problem is now resolved. It's been a shame as the product is very good and of great quality with a very competitive price. if only your after sales customer service was better it would have been a different experience. For the reason above I will now raise the stars to a 3

We have shipped the items to you as per your order - there was no double charge since we don't store customer payment details.
