I am amazed how low the quality is..
I am amazed how low the quality is... haft of the pump is 3d printed, probly PLA, the tube is to short and on alle the ceramic it is filled with defects, the glooss, the holdes, the burn marks on the buttom and all the rough edges...
I can't belive this, i thought i was buying a premium produkt

Still no sign of what I ordered. There was an issue with the address because the website would not accept my postcode but the help desk said that had been corrected. However the items still have not been delivered.

Fast delivery and nice product
Fast delivery, secure packaging, nothing broken. Nice and functional product, easy to assemble. Although our cats still not use the fountain, they are curious but not very brave, it is a nice item for the room climate. We have to be patient.

Cats are creatures of habit and therefore having a fountain could be a big change.
For some cats, it may take several weeks for a cat to fully enjoy a new drinking experience. If your cat still has access to other water points during this time, the process may take longer.
Try using the fountain without activating the pump. Also remove other drinking bowls.
Once your cat has adjusted to drinking from the fountain, you can then switch on the pump.

Great product for your cats!
I ordered a automatic drinking fountain for my cats on the basis that my daughter had one for her carts. They are wonderful. Keeps the water moving and the cats like to drink it from the falling water rather than the water in the pool. I think every cat should have one!

*UPDATE* Received broken fountain, customer support won’t respond.
I’d initially left a negative review after receiving a broken fountain in the mail and not receiving a timely response from customer support, but Miaustore eventually made things right and sent me an entire new fountain within a couple days of my complaint.
I’m satisfied with the quality and appearance of the fountain, and I’d recommend Miaustore to anyone looking for a high quality product.
