This is the best thing I have ever bought for my cats. They all love it - and I have three picky cats who all like different things! I now have the large and the small fountains, and I prefer the large one. The capacity is great and I love that they can go in the dishwasher! I just wish the cat grass pot would come back in stock as my cats would love that. The best part about this brand is if someone broke, I can buy the individual parts to replace it instead of the whole thing being useless like with other brands.

I‘m very content with the product, the quality and the fonction are very good. And my 2 cats like the flow of the water and are drinking more! Thank you!

Our cat's water fountain was delivered promptly, works very well and looks good! Most importantly, our cat loves it!

Reasonable price and a fast delivery for the pump guard .

I had an issue with the PIR, they responded and sent out a replacement very quickly and without quibble!

Beautiful fountain and great customer service. I bought the extended guarantee and they sent me a new pump when mine died after 2 years. The cats were very happy that their fountain worked again, since they much prefer it over a bowl of fresh water.

Very solid, excellent drinking experience for our two cats.

The cat fontain is great, but the spare parts breaks easily and are expensive. Furthermore, the delivery time is too long (up to 2 wekeks for a pump).

Great customer service when getting replacement accessories (motor change) after the fountain being in use for over 6 years now.

I highly recommend the Miaustore, very professional people, smooth communication, great product for our cats, drinking fountain and spare parts if needed. They give you all the advice needed and help if something gets broken. We have maine-coon cats and they just love this fountain.

Very fast delivery, payment without any problems, The quality of the ceramic cat pons is nearly perfect, the only thing is, that the ground of the pons is not exact flat, but I helped myself with furniture feets. But I give 5 stars, because it is very quiet, no noise from the pump and the ceramic is the best material for the cats.

Firstly, I'd like to thank Elza for the incredible customer support she has given ! I have had a three tier cat fountain for about six months, the pump stopped working on new years day. I emailed Miau customer support straight away and have received a replacement within four days. The pump arrived yesterday! Many, many thanks for the incredible customer service. Amazing! Furthermore, I'd like to add how much more relaxed my cat is having the fountain here. He had serious stress issues (especially about fireworks): I tried feliway aromatics which did very little. He often was at the vet. The cat fountain seems to have been a genuine cure and a fantastic investment for him! Thanks again!

Aside from the problems with the website at the time of placing the order and lots of back and forth to (successfully) remedy the resulting complications my experience has been very positive. The fountain arrived very well packaged, was easy to set up and looks great. It has now been in use for just under 2 weeks and I have seen 2 out of my 3 cats use it. The sound of the water trickling is audible, personally I like it, and it's the quietest when the pump is at its highest setting. On that setting, however, there will be a sprinkling of water around the base, mostly behind the tallest tower, so a mat or a tray is advisable, especially if the fountain is positioned on a wooden surface. The pump is very quiet, you can only hear it when you are standing directly above the fountain. I would definitely recommend regular topping up, every 2-3 days, to ensure that the pump stays fully submerged, otherwise it will struggle and the water will start pulsing. I would also definitely, definitely recommend replacing the water weekly, especially in multi-cat households, otherwise you will notice the water in the base start to develop a film. Might as well give the whole fountain a quick handwash while you are at it, especially that even at this early stage the metal net on the pump is already likely to have some cat hair stuck on it. I have not yet been able to fully disassemble the pump like in the instruction videos. I tried to do that once when it started pulsing - even though I did suspect that I let the water level run too low I wanted to make sure that there wasn't anything obstructing it from the inside. Unlike in the videos, however, my propeller won't come out and the black element on which the hose is sitting seems stuck fast. I did not want to apply too much force in case I broke something but I will give it another go in a couple of weeks when I do the deep clean.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and neither received my order nor get any Informationen.

Worst customer service

I ordered a replacement pump and wondered after nearly 10 days that it was not delivered yet. There also was no mail about the date of the supposed delivery. After my enquiry I was told, that the pump was not in stock and that I have to wait for about 2 weeks.

After confirmation of our payment for an extra pumb, we never received a tracking code or an estimated time of delivery. It has been over 2 weeks and we are still waiting for the pumb..
