Bought a purse from Lewis Yates. It's hardly been used but out of warranty only just. Went to michael kors for manufacturing warranty. Apparently no such thing. Won't buy michael kors again. Keep well away from the brand.
Does Michael Kors ever answer to emails?? I have emailed them since last Saturday regarding my order that didn't arrive but until now HAVE GOT NO RESPONSE from there or whatsoever. 48hrs is fine but it’s been way more than 48hrs. And the worse is the Tracking number given by them when put in DHL website it says tracking number doesn’t exist. Help Michael Kors!
I’ve recently purchase some items from Michael Kors which first took me ages to find an item because a lot of there online items are out of stock but you won’t find this out until you’re at the checkout making a payment.
The other issue is that I’ve payed for my items and I’ve been waiting 3 days now after paying extra for express delivery.
I’m unable to speak to anyone as their automated phone system doesn’t give you an option to speak to anyone, so now that they’ve taken my money, I’m stuck and just have to play the waiting game until they can be asked to send my items for me.
This is very frustrating and very unprofessional for such a large company. Once I eventually receive my items I will never purchase from this company again.
Ordered 3 items. Arrived quickly (though quality of packaging inconsistent some must have been returns from other customers) however one item was damaged and when I emailed customer service (you can’t call and no live chat) nobody replied (it’s been a month!)
It’s been over 2 months now and I have never received my parcel. Their courier DPD says it’s been delivered but I never got it. I asked for who signed it and who signed my previous parcel and they shut down the investigation. Very suspicious. I’m so heartbroken. I loved the brand but after stolen goods (over £100) and forgery, never again! Waste of money :(
I got a leather wristlet for Christmas from my partner, but it was nothing like online pictures, color, material looked totally different. Returned via Royal mail and now it's been almost a month, but still didn't recieve an email or refund. I emailed customer service 5 days ago, they say order has arrived in their depo and will start investigation, as it should've been refunded already. 3 days past by, still nothing. Horrible service.
I love the brand but the website is horrific! I've seen a bag which I've totally fell in love with and I was over the moon to find it available. However, when I've got to the checkout, I found out that the item is not in stock anymore. They have ruined my dreams! Literally, they've made my day worse because of that.
Ordered a bag online for click and collect. Got confirmation email that it has been processed. However no email or call from them after a day. Checked the tracking it says being processed then after checking it again after 3 hrs it says cancelled. Still no call or email from them on what happened to my order. I called and customer service said it is no longer available. Then why did you let me purchase the bag if do not have it. Your website and customer service is terrible. Avoid ordering online its not guaranteed you will have it.
Ordered a wallet and backpack on their website from the sales section. Normally only unpopular colours are ever on sale but in Michael Kors’ case I found popular colours (such as black) were also included. The online order process was very easy and the delivery very quick. I received messages with the estimated delivery window, everything arrived really quickly and very well packaged. Would totally recommend.
Bought a few pairs of shoes from their website recently and was impressed with the service. They arrived very quickly with a good tracking service via dpd. I was able to return to store to speed up the returns process. Would recommend this website!
Great products, good delivery and returns service, however if you find the item is discounted and still in stock a few days after your purchase the only way to get the additional discount is to order the item again and send the old one back.
