This was my first time owing any isopods, but the seller was very understanding and accommodating with my requests around delivery scheduling. Really well packed items and of course isopods with a heating pad. Would definitely recommend and come back if I need anything else!

I ordered 3 different species of isopod and they all arrived safe. The packaging was perfect, they were all in secure containers in a box with a heat pack. I ordered on the weekend and received my package on Tuesday. I also ordered some wood and rocks for my terrariums and they were exactly as advertised. They have a really great range of species and the website is easy to navigate and well organised. I’m very happy with the service, would definitely order again!

Excellent service. The critters and plants arrived so very carefully packed. The little critters are perfect and were happily scurrying and eating almost immediately - or wiggled off to hide, just as healthy little bugs do. Really please and very happy to recommend Microexotics to anyone

As a first time purchaser I was blown away by the service. All isopods arrived perfectly, within 24 hours of dispatch and 72 hours of purchasing (I purchased on a Saturday night) with a heatpack and fantastic packaging. I found a stowaway with one of the tubs I ordered and the owner of the business got back to me within minutes to identify the little guy, he is now a bonus addition to my mixed colony. Honestly cannot reccomend this company enough for your isopod needs. 5 stars! I will definitely be a repeat customer :)

I've ordered from Microexotics a couple of times now and I've been super happy every time .

I find they pack any live invertebrates well , in sturdy boxes with plenty of packing and suitable tubs of layered organic matter with plenty of ventilation.

The Invertebrates themselves have seemed active and healthy even after being thrown through the postal system.

I have recently purchased a few mystery boxes as I couldn't decide what I wanted and I have been so pleased with the selection received. I got some great species and a few useful bits for them . Great value if you can't decide what you like .
Also the price point across the shop is generally very competitive with other similar sellers .

The owner is friendly if you do need to contact them and happy to give advice .

Their site, packing , communication and customer service when needed is a step above some other more hobbyist type seller sites and I will be returning at some point for more isopods !
