Just got my £10 mystery box delivered as well as a cutting. The packaging itself was perfect everything tucked in securely.
Cutting was packed well with plenty of sphagnum moss underneath to keep it moist.
For the mystery box I got 10 of both porcellio scaber ghosts and p.scaber dairy cow. I'm letting them get up to room temp before I mess them about as it's pretty chilly outside but the couple I've seen moving around so far are all looking great.
They were quick to answer questions before delivery. Can't fault them at all and I can definitely see myself getting some more mystery boxes in the near future.

I ordered plants and the bio-live substrate mix and was really happy with both the fast service and the goods I received. Some of the plants were cuttings that I was a bit apprehensive about, but they were generous with lots of aerial roots formed on them, plus expertly packed in a tub of damp moss. The potted plants were a good size and arrived in perfect condition.
The bio-live mix had a lot more isopods than I was expecting, with a mix of types in different colours.
I would happily buy from this company again and recommend them to anyone.

Excellent and friendly customer service. Healthy livestock in generous counts. Very well packaged, my isopods got stuck in the depot for a few days and I was worried. No need! Adam packs so well that they could probably live in the tubs provided! Much better packaging than others I've ordered from.

I've bought four species of isopods over the past few months ( A. klugii, A. maculatum, A. gestroi and A. werneri) - all have arrived exceptionally well packaged, with abundant leaf litter and moss to keep the littluns safe and cosy on their travels. As a result, every single isopod has arrived alive and scuttling and has gone on to settle in well in their new home. I now have healthy, thriving - and rapidly expanding - colonies of each species, all happily eating me out of house, home and algae discs. I ordered 10 armadillidium klugii isopods and they were dispatched the following day. They arrived on time in perfect condition and they were very well packaged - they came in a pot with sphagnum moss, substrate and plenty of leaf litter to ensure they were healthy upon arrival. I will definitely order again.
