Absolutely fantastic! All the isopods I ordered arrived very well packaged and insulated with a few extra incase of any unavoidable losses in transit. They all arrived alive and safe. The dry goods I bought were also very well packaged, great quality and speedy delivery. What more could I ask for!! I highly recommend microexotics for all your little friends needs :)

Placed my first order with them last week and the quality of the goods ordered was excellend. The isopods were all incredably well packed so no harm could be done and the other items were also well packaged. Already placed my second order with them and can not wait for it to arrive.

I have ordered twice from Microexotics and I have not been let down. Quality little isopods and, packed well and shipped promptly (on Mondays only). The mystery box is a great idea - in one of my mystery boxes I got magic potions :). Also great quality moss!

I ordered from micro exotics and absolutely loved everything that came. Unfortunately my 'dwarf whites' didn't really make it but my communication with micro exotics was clear and prompt. I never felt like I was ignored or anything. I will always try to shop from here going forwards, it's lovely to know that my business is supporting people who love what they do!

I ordered myself a mystery box as I just couldn’t decide what to get. I received an email giving me a choice on whether to send the parcel in the cold or to wait a week and send the isopods when it’s slightly warmer, obviously I chose to wait a little but it filled me with hope knowing that this company cares so much that they check things like that! My package arrived as planned and I was so surprised, I received more than the mystery box was worth and I have waited a bit of time to write this review just to make sure the isopods were healthy, and they are! They are all great quality and have had no die off at all! The tubs they are sent in are perfectly set up to be temporary houses for the little critters, so I happily left them in their tubs for a week to help them settle in. I am so impressed by every part of this purchase and I will definitely be purchasing from them again, hoping to get the biggest mystery box available next month! Can’t thank the team enough!

Amazing company and amazing service
Bought some king pandas and magic potions which they put a few more than I ordered which was amazing, they turned up very quickly well packaged and came with some bug food, will defiantly be buying from them again to facilitate my new obsession!

Another phenomenal experience with Microexotics! My partner and I did a bulk order and received everyone in perfect condition. Packaging was excellent and provided plenty of space for each isopod culture. The box was well insulated so the heat pack kept everyone safe from the winter cold. We sorted through the cultures and found zero deaths.

They even threw in a few freebies of an extra isopod culture (of the species we ordered so we already knew how to care for them) and some isopod food.

Microexotics are a friendly and helpful shop with the absolute best of care!

Once again, Micro Exotics has proved to be one of, if not the, best places to purchase invertebrates and supplies from!
Due to it being a bulk order, I placed it directly with them through Instagram and they were incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process.
Having received my order, I'm thrilled to say everything was healthy and alive! The packaging, as per usual, was gorgeous. As the weather was cold, there was a heatpack included in my order to keep my new friends safe which was just lovely (I was a bit worried by the weather).
All in all, fantastic place to shop; I cannot recommend MicroExotics.co.uk enough!

Wonderful Isopods, fantastic price, perfect packaging

Amazing care is taken of their animals and products, delivery is very quick, and their service is so smooth and easy. I've brought from them many times and I keep going back to them because I know that I am going to get amazing services.

So happy with my new isopods. Armadillidium Maculatum Champagne Zebras. Arrived super quickly, all healthy specimens, and packed in lovely conditions. A couple extra to, thanks to a recent promotion. I also received a dried fish freebie bag, which was perfect as I was just researching what protein was best to buy!
Now I want more! Will certainly be heading back, as soon as I'm ready for more, and also other products. Thanks so much X
