Honestly the best move I've made when it comes to setting up my position on the bike in 25 years of cycling. Mid-Foot mounting is a game changer and should be more widely educated and adopted in th... See more

The pedals perform as advertised
The pedals perform as advertised. I put them on a Recumbants Trike with power straps to help hold my feet to the peddle. After only two rides to get used to the new foot position I can feel the difference in power when climbing. Albeit I am also feeling muscles in my upper thighs that were not being as utilized when I had my old pedals installed.
Works as expected
Works as expected. It is now much easier for calves especially on long or intensity rides.

Greatest product I’ve bought for a while for my cycling.

I had a warranty issue and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently! Expedited shipping and great communication.
Have fixed my hot spots
I ordered the ERGO3 for my shoes are they arrived quickly without a hitch. I've fitted them on and have moved the cleats towards my mid-sole and my hot spots have reduced significantly. The quality and ease of fitting are both great.
This is the best most innovative tool
This is the best most innovative tool for helping my cycling, especially now that you have made the off road cleat extender. I have always want to get my foot forward over the pedal. Thanks for making this!!

Great solution to get cleats placement a little farther back. Will purchase again!
These are great
These are great. Shipping is a little long to the US but great product.
Definitely recommend
Definitely recommend. Resolved pain in peroneus longus. The only drawbacks are that there aren't many overshoes compatible with midfoot cleats and you need to lower the seat. I feel like these adapters enable me to cycling with my full foot (which is a good thing since I have a hard time time doing that even with custom insoles).
The lowering your seat may not sound like a big deal, but it is. I will need to drop my handlerbars a bit, because they are now too high up. And adjust the angle of the saddle. That all compounds to the point where you can't have a pair of shoes with these and a pair without. You have to fully commit to them.
Oh, and the shipping was super fast! My only wish is that the Youtube instructions were a bit longer or a page with screenshots shown, cause sometimes I had trouble pausing at the right step.
My two cents.
The product is very good and just what I needed. I like it very much and the purchase was smooth and speedy. Keep up the good work.
unique product but very poor service/ communication
unique product that’s well made and works quite well, but rating has been substantially lowered due to 1) wrong product was sent and 2) totally unresponsive to my emails to the effect.
in the end re-ordered (another two sets) that took a long time to process and ship compared to the first order, then received a standard email refunding the first (wrong product shipped) order but never received the refund till todate!
cleat position…
moving my cleat position back let me keep the same power, less calf integration, and while doing standing intervals it feels easier
works as advertised
Multiple 1-3 hour indoor rides
Multiple 1-3 hour indoor rides this winter /spring - comfortable , fairly quick adaptation ,12 watt increase at same HR . I was able to attach them to my Bont shoes. Will use in triathlon this season. Have yet to try outdoor rides , with run off the bike.
The product is great but shipping took longer than expected
The product is great
But it took longer to ship and I tried contact several times and after almost a week I got a reply.
But as soon as I got the reply the product shipped and I’m glad with it
Game Changer
Well made part and does the job. This is a game changer for those that have foot issues and want to feel more planted on the bike.
Very good product
