Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 42 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers are really happy with the product, often describing it as a "game changer" that effectively resolves issues like knee pain, metatarsalgia, and Achilles/calf problems. Many appreciate the high quality of the products and the comfort they provide during rides, with some noting improved performance. However, some customers also noted issues with the provided Phillips screws, finding them prone to stripping and not strong enough to hold the adapter securely without additional thread lock. A few people mentioned that the added thickness of the adapter can cause cleats to touch the ground, and some experienced a loose fit between the 3D print and the adapter. Additionally, a small number of reviewers did not receive their cleat or found the business management lacking, and some mentioned a desire for clearer fitting instructions.

Mid-foot cycling is the answer to problems created by faulty ad-hoc design issues created by bike and shoe manufacturers

Responsive, innovative and providing real world solutions to all cyclists not just triathletes. The pedal is a revolutionary product.

After two months of testing I can vouch the adapters are safe, reliable and improve not only wattage but muscle use application.

The pedals are a step forward in terms of power and aerodynamics. Power output so far increased by 3% and CdA decreased by 8% (lowering of saddle).

If you try this technology you need to give it 2-3 months for adaptation. Initial saddle sores and back pains will dissipate once you adjust to the new position.

More Power

Shipping was fast. Tech support replied quickly to product questions. Can't say enough about the company. Moving my cleat position with the mid-foot extensions has increased my power by 7 watts. The new cleat position can be a little tricky in the beginning. Be sure you are fully clipped in when taking off.

Great

What I needed to adjust my clippers properly and easy to use.
The only con is that they are a little bit expensive.

Poor Customer service

Obviously the company does not need the money or sales at the moment. I have tried multiple time to order a set of tt22 pedals but keep getting a 'cant post to the address given' (uk). I have left messages to get back to me as to why but no reply.
