Ordered 10 days ago after previous delivery. Second delivery, nothing happened, when telephoned the Company confirmed delivery for the following week. At the begining of this week, Company confirmed delivery before Friday. Friday no delivery, and no feedback from Company. When telephoned sugggested courier must have lost it but can't confirm where the order has go to. Offerered replacement order for next working day but then found out, at my request they didn't have any in stock. Refused to allow me to speak to the MD. Instead they ae cancelling order.

Ordered online and was told 4-9 working days? Well 13 days later still no sign of my order...oh and cant get anyone on the phone. Bad do all around WILL NOT Deal with these again.

I ordered on 11/7 and was advised a 7 day delivery after 7 days I chased them and they advised delivery would be 25/7- no delivery. they advised delivery would be 27/7- noo delivery.They NEVER call back and always blame the courrier. I was advised 'you dont get to speak to directors you get to speak to me the office manager' I cancelled the order and ordered from my usual supplier who delivered next day. Dare say my refund will never happen either.

Still waiting for my order, recently switched to this company, to supply all my plastics for my building company. First order and they mess it up, then some spotty little teenager, gives me some bull story. Shame really at first glance the company seems like a great set up, clearly being run poorly. I'll take my business elsewhere.

ordered on 6/7/16 and still waiting, staff were polite but promised one date after another with no results, they say DX courier is to blame, I don't know but I do know my client will not use me again so I will recommend no one depends on this shambles, doubt I will ever see the plastic after this review,
no company can operate efficiently at this level of delay.

Following a damaged in transit order I received another item in perfect condition. No questions asked and were happy to replace damaged item. Will use again. Thank you.

Got an email confirming the delivery date. Took a day off work, but my order did not arrive. Numerous phone calls to the company, who said it was 'out for delivery'. It quite clearly wasn't.
The next day my builder came in to start work. Again, no delivery. I had to pay him a day's wages to do not much at all. By 4pm still hadn't arrived. Much inconvenience and expense. The customer service staff were quite obviously not in contact with the courier staff and had no idea where the goods were. Worse than useless.
Each time they said they's ring back, they didn't, so I was having to chase them continually and getting absolutely nowhere.
By the way, they were quite efficient at taking the money.
Simply not good enough.

I placed an order on the 12th of May, and did not receive it until the 2nd of June.
I sent multiple emails checking up on my order, the majority of which were ignored completely. The one reply I did get was blunt and gave very little information. I understand that my original order had to be replaced but I had to prise out this information from them - any delays in an order should be fully communicated to the customer.
I got sick of the lack of replies so phoned, the person i spoke to had no idea what to tell me so said I would get a phone call back. This simply did not happen.
By this point I had had to place an order with a different company as my order was so late, so i then sent an email asking for a full refund as I had no idea when I would even receive this one.
AGAIN this email was COMPLETELY ignored and my order was sent anyway.
I understand that refunds are uncommon after a certain amount of time but the lack of communication was absolutely ridiculous, at one point I even considered that I may have been scammed and would never receive my order at all, worst customer service I have experienced.

Plastic came cut to size making life easy. Items were well packaged to prevent damage.
Will use again.

Received my order fairly promptly but I needed to cut it into 4 equal pieces to fit our chest freezer. This was hard going but managed it and now all fitted ok.

I was pleased with the prompt service. the finish of the polished edged was excellent with no visible scratches or marks.
I shall have no hesitation in using ordering from this company next time I require Perspex.
