After I put my order in I had no trouble and my goods arrived in very good packing order and prompt excellent service

Competively priced but lengthy delivery time particularly as we paid £10 for shipping.

Got exactly what I ordered. The cheapest by far on the internet. Very fast service considering the cheapness. Will be using again very soon.

You were quick to respond with comprehensive product range.
When asked for prices you came back quickly but duplicated your quotes at 2 different prices - a clerical error!
"Cut to size" option with Acrylic (And other) sheets is cost effective for me. but extras like radiused edges and polishing were not competitive.

I ordered two black acrylic lengths and was very pleased with the product, and the price. The ordering process was very simple. I would be very happy to recommend this company and would use them again myself.

Order was late by 3 days, my husband then had to do a round trip of 10 miles to go and find the driver and help him get to our house. Bits were missing and when we called their response was "you ordered the wrong bits so we didn't send them", but they took the money. (Order placed and monies taken on 7th April, delivery arrived 21st April and we are still awaiting refund and bits that were missing)

Have now called 5 times to be told it will be sorted, and that its not their fault they are just the middle man!!!!!

So we wont be using this company again.

I found the ordering process very efficient, with particular credit to Dawn who responded to my initial enquiry email promptly and processed my order.
I was kept informed of progress and the product was available quickly and to specification.

The two sheets I ordered came in good time and were exactly as I wanted them. Very good

The polycarbonate sheet was delivered very quickly and although the tube of adhesive was damaged during delivery a replacement arrived the following day. I would have no reservations over recommending Midland Plastics or using them myself again in the future.

Perspex fine but wasn't told till almost a week later that I'd be charged £10 extra postage. I live on the mainland & have never had to pay extra postage. Think this should have been made clear at the ordering stage.
