vary poor
i called the first time prices was ok ,but the lady seemed unsure with the measurement but i thought that was her job was told it it would be 5 working days it took 13 days and was wrong when it arrived when i called i was hit with a brick wall and was told they don't take any responsiblity for the measurement i really don't know how that works .so i had to make a another order same measurements another 5 days still turn up wrong 1 whole sheet missing and 10mm of the length .so called again to be told that they are sorry thats just not any good . don't use them

We are suppliers of material and unfortunately we cannot advise what size of material you would require, our sales team do advise where we can and we always read measurements back and send a confirmation for you to agree to.
It is then at this stage, if there was a problem found with sizes we would of been able to correct them for you.
Regarding the second delivery, No member of our sales team has received any contact from you regarding the alleged issues with the 2nd delivery, if we had been made aware of this we would have looked into this and responded in a professional manor.
We would not reply with sorry, we would have found a solution as we aim to please every customer.
Hopefully in the future we can prove we are better than a 1 star review.

The whole experience was very good, from the way the website is laid out, to selecting, ordering and receiving my A3 clear perspex 420mm x 297mm
3mm thick sheets with polished edges. First class service and product.

I have used Midland plastics a couple of times recently and they have provided a first class service and what seems like good value for money (Nothing to compare against as I have not used any other suppliers). I would not hesitate to use them again.
