very helpful - excellent quality product
I ordered 2 made to order sheets for a kitchen and it was very straightforward ordering them from the website. They came very well packaged with lots of bubble wrap to protect them. When I first opened the sheets I was concerned that one side appeared not to have a protective film whilst one side clearly had one as it was blue. There was a lot of marks on the side that appeared unprotected so I asked the company to take it back. They asked for photos of the scratches and so I sent them. They then phoned and explained that there was a protective coating that still needed to come off. They were very helpful. It was very difficult to see it the protective film and find the edge but when pulled off the product was perfect.

Poor service
Helpful when ordering product but when trying to obtain a delivery date the service was the total opposite. We were told various delivery dates and were refused tracking information when requested. Was told the Perspex sheet was dispatched on the Monday but didn't receive the dispatch email until the Thursday, although the website and email upon order states "As soon as your order has been completed and is ready for dispatch you will receive an email confirming this.".

When ordering your items we did give the lead time of 4-9 working days which was confirmed to be ok by the person ordering.
We then received a phone call asking for a delivery date & we then informed it would be on the 9th working day, the lady speaking said how desperate you needed your item, so Midland Plastics fast tracked your item by getting it cut and sent out a couple of hours after the phone call.
Later that afternoon we got a phone call wanting to cancel and receive a full refund.
Unfortunately we was unable to process this as it had been cut and sent urgently as requested.
You did agree to the 4-9 working days and you item arrived on the 8th working day.
I'm sorry you feel this way, If you would like to order in the future please ring before and state the urgency & we will inform you if we are able to rush the job through for you.

Excellent product as alternative to glass in Dads Greenhouse!
Purchased the Solid PolyCarbonate Cut To Size as an alternative to the heavy glass my elderly Dad had in a very old greenhouse. Light weight and very easy to install. Order and delivery excellent and Kelly was very helpful in customer services.

I ordered and collected an a3 sheet of high quality perspex from Midland plastics. Communications were good about the order and when it was ready for collection. The material was also very good quality and was perfect for some hand guards for my Harley Davidson. Would recommend midland plastics
