Samples dispatched reasonably quickly after being ordered. However, after delivery by courier service, it was found that the two samples were approximately 50mm diameter discs. It is true that those discs were sufficient to enable a colour shade decision, but I feel they should have been sent by post as a far less expensive method of delivery. I feel 'ripped off' at the cost to me of £11.

I checked out prices for 35mm thick polycarbonate roofing and this was easily the cheapest. The staff were friendly when I phoned and the order delivered within a few days. The product Is strong and seems top quality. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Ordered 2 x sheets (1930x630mm) of Blue 7703 Perspex. Was delivered when their email said they would. Very good service. Only other point is that it was so well packaged that I can now start up my own bubble wrap supply company. Would recommend them.

We needed some extra shelves but did not have the original knowledge of where the units came from, cutting the acrylic to size for shelves was just the job, midland plastics did a great job

After a wait of 23 days, our order finally arrrived. I had, on several occasions, contacted Midland Plastics who constantly blamed the courier. if you want your order within a reasonable time and don't want your clients complaining for 23 days on the trot, I suggest you find another company.

Made a mistake with my measurements they could have just sent the order but I got an email from the office asking to check my measurements and once checked and corrected received my order within 48 hours. Great service and great quality product.
Packing and packaging was excellent.

I didn't get a confirmation of purchase email so I had no idea when the perspex would be delivered and had to call. It took much longer for the delivery to arrive than I was told. I did ask to leave it with a neighbour as I knew I wouldn't be in but when the delivery confirmation arrived, it didn't tell me where it had been delivered.

Quick delivery, good communications and easy to deal with.

Late delivery, not as stated (up to 9 working days), order took 17 working days. No communcation from company, i had to do all the chasing, promised delivery dates did not happen. They could have done better and keep me informed of what was happening.

Material was fine.....delivery was to my name and our industrial estate, the company name had been missed off. It took 2 days to get to us and it was only a regular delivery driver who thought it might be us that we got it at all , but now it was running slightly late !!!

I was building a rabbit enclosure in the garden and decided to cover two sides with Perspex so I ordered four large pieces averaging about 3 square metres in size. They arrived in good time and were easy to install.
I didn't have them pre-drilled as I hadn't decided exactly where the holes would go so I had to drill the holes myself. I also had to cut two pieces down as I had ordered them about 10mm too long.
My only suggestion to Midland Plastics would be to include some advice on their website regarding drilling, cutting and generally handling their Perspex sheets as most people such as myself probably don't have much experience of handling this type of material. Drilling wasn't too much of a problem, but I accidentally snapped a bit too much off when cutting one of the sheets with a Stanley knife so some pointers could have prevented that.
That said, I'm really happy. The rabbit run looks great and the bunnies seem to like it.

The order process was easy - the product was as ordered. Would not hesitate to use again. Sadly no tracking number provided - this would make it easier to coordinate delivery.
