It was easy to order the hardest thing was which colour to choose.
It came promptly after an email telling us of delivery date.

This is the 1st time i have used this company, and it deffinatley wont be the last, the website is very easy to use when ordering (just make sure you get your measurements right) The items i ordered turned up well packed and no damage.

Poor Service
I placed an order for 24 pieces of Perspex. The price seemed reasonable and the reviews of the company were positive so I went ahead. I was surprised that they wanted £12 shipping but I paid it anyway.
The following day I received an email saying that Central Scotland was outside of the catchment area (!!) and that shipping would be an additional £15. Yes, £27 to deliver a small parcel. There was no mention of this at the time of ordering or anywhere that I could see on the website. All in all a complete waste of time. This is a shame as this was to be the first of several orders.

Unfortunately the couriers we use charge us that amount to deliver to your post code, We do not make anything from the extra charge.
We are unable to use other services as we have had many lost items in the past as we can not get any tracking details.
I hope you can appreciate that we contacted you within less than 24 hours and also offered a full refund straight away, even though you have agreed to the terms and conditions which states your postcode may have an addition charge.

I called and placed an order for a simple price of plastic to protect a sliding door - I was told this would take at least a week (which I was shocked about)

Cant Rate Product - Not received
After 15 days order not received... I would have paid triple for the delivery if thats the problem - Get a proper delivery service - your customers will then rate you on your service and product not the poor delivery.

i have been waiting 10 days for delivery and still have not received my order,i could have ordered and collected my order cut to size from Rightons in Saltash within 48 hours.
The service from Midland Plastics is unacceptable and would not recommend this firm.

Good price and quick turn around from Midland Plastics. Unfortunately the courier they use took 3 days to deliver despite being on an overnight service.

Product was cut to exactly the right size and delivered extremely well wrapped. It would have been helpful to have been given an estimated delivery date when the order was confirmed. Delivery 10 days from order.
