Quality! In fact ‘quality’ doesn’t do these Chains any justice at all.

I am so unhappy with my purchase from Midnight city. First of all they changed me 95 US dollars for a necklace I could of bought here for 20 bucks. Then I tried to cancel the order about an hour after I purchased it and the customer service representative told me they where sorry but the order had already shipped. What a bunch of bs. Do not buy from them!!!! Don’t waste your money!!!

So far, no worries. Had my doubts at first, being a bit skeptic of this growing brand. I ordered two necklaces, buy one get one free, seemed like a steal so I was hesitant but since they've came I've been really blown away by the quality they came in! Great value, really unique.

Well I ask when you send the products but know answer my question…

The charm is a nice yellow gold. It is very light in weight. The chain however is a darker yellow and very flimsy. This chain feels like it would brake easily. Also the chain is a lot smaller in length than anticipated. If I had seen this item in person before purchasing I wouldn’t have purchased it.
The chain is poorly made.

Had a look at the website whilst I was in Australia but due to the distance I held back and waited. Once I moved to Germany my shackles were released. I bought a gold and a silver Medusa necklace for my partner and I, we both froth it! The chain and pendant are both mint. The delivery was quick and efficient. Can’t fault the experience. We are already looking to get another one. Highly recommended!

Haven’t received my order and paid for delivery. Seems very sketchy looking at the rest of the reviews. There’s a lack of communication. Seems like a scam

I ordered a package to the US untracked (I can’t believe that’s even an option), and after the 10-12 working days (2-3 weeks) they state on their website, I never received my order. I contacted the support team, and they placed a replacement order with “tracking” and told me I would a get a conformation email with the tracking information. I never received the email, so I contacted them asking them for the status of my order. They then provided me a tracking number that didn’t exist. Since then, they have ghosted me (almost 3 weeks after the replacement order was “placed”) and I have asked my bank to dispute this transaction.

Looks good but a little over a month later the chain has started to fade

Ordered a staint George necklace from this company for my nephew. When the package Arrived it was empty, they had sent an empty package to me. I contacted the company by phone, email and their Facebook site, it took 6 weeks to get a refund.

Great products, delivered quickly in secured packaging. I keep forgetting to take the ring I got off and all of the gems have stayed in through bread kneading, washing up and gardening. Fully recommend!
