Order was never fulfilled, no update given, unable to contact them in anyway at all. (email, live chat, facebook) Do not order from this company it is a scam.

Ordered July 27, 2025 still have not received my order. I’ve tried emailing, Facebook messenger, and instagram. No responses!

Order Number #90581 over 55,85EUR paid and placed on Aug8. Now, Sep2, still nothing. Order was never shipped, multiple attempts to contact customer service went unanswered. Stay away, this is a scam!

Returning customer after I enjoyed a previous purchase. After losing my chain on holiday, I thought I'd order the same as a replacement. Did not receive order. Numerous attempts at contacting the company via support email and their social media, were not answered. Felt extremely let down, and was not even able to arrange a refund. Left with £40 down the drain. Extremely unprofessional company and would not recommend.

Still bad experience. But I can say I have received my refund after months of no contact and them basically ignoring my messages.

Five years ago, I got a necklace as a gift. Five years ago, I put it on, and for five years I’ve worn it every day. It does not have a scratch, a mark, it does not have any sign of wear. I’ve never done a thing to clean it or take care of it, but by god I swear, it’s still the most intact piece of jewellery I own

I bought from Midnight City a few years ago. All went well, used to be quite good with customer service. They actually sent a new one out after my chain snapped, didn't even ask for images. But bought something on the 30th Aug 24. It was only yesterday I came to the conclusion, after a lot of chasing, that the business is clearly going under. Their live chat is unresponsive, (thanks Ian), their email addresses bounce back and they have no contact number. Socials didn't work either. No response to anything.

FYI - I called my bank and explained, they refunded it on the same day. If I was you, I would do the same. You are not getting your product or your refund from this company. They are definitely not functioning anymore. I will probably report them.

FRAUD! Don’t buy from them! They don’t respond and they don’t send the order. They’ll steal your money! Stay away!

I haven't received my order, and it seems it will never arrive. I have written several emails to the only contact provided, but I haven't received any response. I also tried reaching out to them on social media with no success. They have stolen £80 from me.

I ordered a chain with a lion pendant for my partner as a Christmas present. Everything was fine until the chain somehow snapped and my partner lost the pendant. I contacted Midnight city to see if I could get a new chain and pendant since nothing malicious was done to the chain for it to snap all of a sudden. They responded to me and reassured me that they would send out a new chain and pendant however this never happened. I am still chasing the issue with them. They are just not dispatching a new one at all even after they reassured me they would be sending out a new one.

My chain broke. They have a guarantee. I emailed about, they replied, but after around 15 attempts, it has not come. The staff email me apologising, but I still haven't received a replacement chain, 9 months later.

I ordered a chain over a week ago and it has still not delivered, nor have I heard from them via email about the status of my order. Have also tried to chat with someone via their chat room on their website - again with no answers.

Order 4 pendants since 31st August, after the payment the reply from midnightcity is instant, but then until now i haven’t got any update whatsoever for the shipping.

I already try to send email couple of time, also chat Ian as the midnightcity representative in the live chat, but zero respond.

This is my 2nd order to them, the 1st one is done, i don’t know what happen to this store, but please if you can’t no longer provide the service just turn down the store.

I just hope i could receive what i bought from them, but i guess after i read some of the latest comments for this store, i think it’s small chance for me to get my rights.

If only i read it earlier, my money will not be wasted.

I placed an order on June 26, it's been about 2 months and the product hasn't arrived. They keep stalling. Nobody should buy it. Value yourself and your Money

I have returned my ordered asking for a replacement that i have never received, so i then asked for a refund but they only asked about my order number (already mentioned on my previous email) and I have never received the money. It’s been 2 months now! They are not replying on emails or the chat feature they have on their website. Don’t order from them!

I ordered the 2 set of pendants and 2 set of necklaces bundle on July 1st. I got a confirmation order the same day. Fast forward to July 16 and I hadn't received a shipping confirmation, so I sent an email asking for update. They said they'd figure it out for me. Ever since then it's been radio silence. I've emailed them 4 separate times since then, and I haven't received the order, nor a shipping order, nor even an answer from customer service. Disappointing considering the last time I ordered from them, I didn't have this type of experience.

EDIT: I received the items around the beginning of August, so definitely late, but they were in good condition. Someone did end up following up to make sure everything was provided, but it was a little too late. However, I appreciate the fact that there was a follow-up at least, and that the items were not damaged, and for that I'm adding to the rating.

I have ordered 2 items on may 28th and since then not even a tracking of my order and it was a birthday gift for my boyfriend...
I emailed and wrote to them numerous times on the chat of the website and they only said "sorry about that" and "do you want us to sent you the order back with free items". I have responded yes 4 TIMES and they still don't send my order.

Update : they refunded me quickly when I asked 5 days ago
