Efficient & Helfpul - Oxford
Michael and George efficiently repaired and replaced parts of the machine for our central office, allowing us to get back to printing for our chapel services and academic conferences in a timely manner. Both were very helpful.

Dishonest
Receiving lots of calls from them despite telling them we aren't interested in the past. Upon closer inspection the sleuth of 5 star reviews are from a majority of one-time reviewers making me extremely suspicious. Check the 1 star reviews to see what reviews they have taken pains to dilute.

We recently had our company printer serviced
We recently had our company printer serviced by Mike, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work. Mike was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about his craft. He not only performed a thorough cleaning and maintenance service but also managed to completely eliminate an annoying squeaking noise that had been bothering our office for weeks.
Mike explained what was causing the issue and made sure the printer was running smoothly before leaving. Since the service, the printer has been working perfectly - quieter and faster than before. Excellent service from start to finish
