Good quality materials, small product line to choose from with sales people that you can talk to if necessary. Inventory maintained! I haven't got it yet, mind you, but it really seems a well managed company.

Super fast delivery. The Square Offset Cantilever umbrella that I ordered was shipped the day after ordering and arrived 5 days later. The fabric colour we selected is described as Greige. While we did get the correct fabric, I was disappointed to discover that it did not look quite the same as the pictures online. You should probably be prepared for the possibility of some slight colour differences. Due to limited space, we ordered the wood deck mounting plate which we had a carpenter properly install. It was a quick and easy job. The umbrella has now been in use for a couple of days. Easy to operate, solid and well constructed. I only wish we could raise it a few inches higher. A real plus was getting the post in white to match our railings. You can buy cheaper umbrellas, but you get what you pay for. I do not hesitate to recommend.

This is the second umbrella that I purchase from Midtown Umbrellas. I bought the first one several years ago and it's still in perfect condition. Its very easy to open/close and the fact that it tilts makes it very versatile. I recommend this product.

We ordered the Core base, Swilt Umbrella and umbrella cover from Midtown Umbrellas. Their website was easy to use, delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. Both the base and the umbrella are sturdy and all three products are great quality. The Swilt umbrella functions seamlessly and we look forward to the shade it will provide in the future.

The Product was well packaged when delivered. The colour was perfect to what we ordered and the quality of the umbrella material and poles and base look very robust for outside patio use! Very satisfied with my purchase! Custom service enquiries I had were well handled by staff.

We ordered the Grand Square umbrella June 2025 with the Light which did not fit this umbrella and we were refunded. We noticed on your US website there is actually a Grande Light for this Umbrella and called your Canadian customer service to order. We were advised there is still only the Light however there is an adapter. We were advised to reorder the "Light" and were assured the adapter would be included in our shipment. We received today and it was not. We have called back to your customer service and were advised this would be shipped separately.

Looking forward to getting our items. The Square Grand aluminum umbrella worries me (don’t want it to end up in the poo), but It replaces a similar cantilever umbrella that was so very heavy and unmanageable for one person. There were good reviews on your products, so we are excited to receive the new items. Only one suggestion? Sunbrella stock very low. I ended up choosing my third colour choice. FIngers crossed! Now, can you do something about the cold Ontario weather? 😀
