From the first contact and estimate from Lisa, which they stuck with even though the job turned out to be a bit more complicated that we'd thought, they have been excellent. Dave the surveyor identified a problem quickly
and a solution, the fitters were great, tidy, fast, good with our wayward plants and dog! The price was good.
The windows were fitted just before a heatwave and the rooms were so much cooler and more comfortable, so if they are half as good at keeping the heat in as they are at keeping it out we will be delighted .
A brilliant firm! Thank you, we will be back next year for a porch!

A professional team who make the process simple, starting with an excellent quote, then survey and fitting. A special mention to the surveyor - Dave, and fitters- Gareth, Joe and Stewart. The whole team answer questions with patience and are helpful suggesting various options. This is my second batch of windows and I will be becoming back for more.

The team sent were Brian, Bob and Joe. I had actually forgotten the windows were being done! they were excellent at covering and protecting the areas that needed to be. They worked hard, were tidy and very professional. They are a credit to Mid Wales Windows and Conservatories. I have the last few windows to do at the back of the house towards the end /beginning of next year and will most definitely be using this company and hopefully the same team again. They came back with an excellent quote the same day as the visit. The guys that did the installation were polite, friendly, efficient and tidy - excellent job done!

Good communication, turned up on time , very clean working . Excellent job all round.

We have just had the polycarbonate roof replaced with double glazing and it's made a massive difference. More light and, although it's early days, the temperature fluctuations between night and day appear much better. We're very pleased with the result.

Our front doors (yes, we have two!) were fitted very professionally by Adam and Tom. They had a conscientious approach to detail and took the time to finish the job neatly and efficiently. The doors are of good quality and Mid Wales windows and Conservatories are easy to work with.

Very pleased with the windows and doors installed by Brian and Jack who took great care and were exceptionally neat.
Would highly recommend, the service was faultless from the initial measuring, quotation service through to fitting.

This is the second conservatory we've had from this company and have been more than pleased both times (one added on to a very old house). Very good quality and the work was done to a very high standard- have to say John was exceptional! Communication was great and would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone.

We recently purchased an old cottage and we wanted to upgrade all the old windows which were really drafty. A neighbour recommended Mid Wales glazing after they fitted for him a few years before. We were spoken to by James Wilde who always communicated with us all the way through. He was very polite and helpful.
Despite having to travel over an hour to get to us as it was a big job (18) windows, French doors and a porch. The team of Dean and Joe (and later Steve )as well came over every day to install we all got on well and if we asked for something they always carried out every task to a great standard and without complaint.
The job is now complete and we are delighted with the product and service. Also Their surveyor Dave was a really nice man and did a thorough job in measuring up for us and checked through our order before it was ordered.
We would like to thank the whole team and would recommend them to all who are considering new double glazing.

Superb people - excellent sevice and workmanship - very fair to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. We have had a complicated extension built and Nick the Lieutenant 'Governor' was extreemly helpfull and full of ideas, a very pleasant man to do business with. They turn up when you expect them to turn up and all goes to plan.

On one occassion Nick was on holiday and there was a small problem and David the 'Governor' and owner of the business turned the world upside down to fix the situation.

Very very noticable is that EVERYBODY in the company has a really good attitude, obviously a happy place to work and that comes right the way through, happy employees invariably leads to very happy customers!

Mid Wales Windows installed new windows and doors for me in 2013 and 2014. The installaltion was done very well and I have been very pleased by the performance of the windows which have now been in place for over 3 years.
I had a minor problem with a lock this week and they had an engineer to look at it within a day or so, all on the initial guarantee.
I feel they should be highly recommended for their service and advice,
