Experiencing the worst customer service from a big company like Miele. It’s been 2 weeks , am keep on told that someone will call me back. No one has called me yet. Here I am keep calling customer service, explaining the issue for one hour( as they have poor understanding capability)and again to be told that I will get call back. Couldn’t talk to a manager/ supervisor/ SME ,as the customer service doesn’t know what they are doing.
I bought a Miele triflex pro ,October 2022. It’s not been a year and the “bottom lid of the dustbin collector” is broken, which am complaining about the durability.Someone from escalation team emailed me saying that they cannot replace the “FILTER “ of the vacuum and I have to go online and buy the filter part. I mean, is this how customers are treated with inefficient customer service. The escalation agent doesn’t even know what am complaining about. Pathetic customer service and this sort of customer service/agents are going to bring disgrace to Miele. I hope someone sees this review and understand the frustration the customer is going through and bring some results. When we pay 729 euros for a vacuum cleaner ,we except good quality product and a quality customer service too .

Don't believe in any word of this people. Post a comment here few months ago. After another few months I've got answer that someone will contact me to discus issue. No one ever contact me. I'm still with no help with broken hoover for 400€... Stay away of Miele. Think twice before you buy any product of them.

Waiting over 3 months for a replacement door for our new fridge that arrived damaged on day one. Had scheduled dates for 26th of April, 9th,17th, 30th of May. All cancelled by Miele, or no show, or no door. I cancelled 7th of June as no one was home.
Eventually on the 28th of June, tech arrived with new door that was also damaged. So another appointment for 11th of July now. Miele is supposed to be a brand of excellence. The packaging is thin cardboard with nothing to protect the fridge door in transit.
The services people I talk to are polite and apologetic at all times, but don't seem to be in sync with the system. Is that their fault?
Received a text and email this morning to say someone is arriving today ?(29th of June) Really? I was told a new door would have to come from Germany.
Very disappointed. Never have I experienced such a service. Did expect better from you Miele.

Called on 9th June to schedule a technician to visit site and repair a washing machine, spoke with two different customer service agents. An appointment was scheduled for 23rd June, payment link was received on the 9th June, payment made on morning of 10th June and taken from account. No contact was received from the technician, this morning 23rd of June I made a call to Miele customer service to find out what time I could expect technician to arrive. The agent subsequently informed me that the appointment had been cancelled on the same day as the appointment was scheduled, it seems the Customer Service agent somehow managed to both make and cancel the appointment, while also generating a payment link for payment.
The person today on the phone was apologetic, however, I have now been without a washing machine 15 days. The customer service agent today was unable to schedule a new appointment and stated a text would be sent within 24 hours with a new date. This is completely unacceptable and horrendous customer service especially after receiving payment, my own work schedule had to be rearranged to facilitate the technician calling. Why would I make payment if I was cancelling the scheduled appointment and if Miele cancelled the appointment why would they send a link for payment? I asked that my complaint be escalated and that a customer service manager would contact me immediately to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, this situation has left a sour taste and I would not recommend Miele products to anyone due to the horrendous customer service.

Absolutely amazed by the Miele service. They really looked after me well, they fixed my hoover within 3 days and restored it to perfect condition. Five star service.

The service was really efficient and helpful. My vacuum cleaner was delivered back to me at my home address within a couple of days from when I posted it. Postage was free as I was sent a box with prepaid labels with easy instructions on what to do. I was very impressed by the speed of which it all happened from when I made the phone call to Miele. A full service had been completed and a new motor fitted.

My Triflex hx1 power 2nd battery went faulty after 6 months, it was purchased in Did electrical, it was under guarantee and miele replaced the battery. Great customer service that's why I always purchase miele.

Had an issue with my Miele Triflex cordless vacuum. A small nylon rotor in the rotating brush head was damaged/burnt out. Fortunately the machine was within the two year warranty. Miele service agents collected the machine by courier, repaired the fault, replacing the damaged parts and completely refurbished the machine. It was returned a few days later. It was like new. My expectations were exceeded, I am glad I initially spent the extra money on a decent product. Thank you Miele

Really disappointed with the service.
Waiting for a solution since February.
I contacted the customer service all week last week and another call yesterday.
No call back from the management office.
Shocking customer service.The only good thing was the technician (extremely nice and professional person) that tried to solve the problem with no succes.
Now we are left with a product(dishwasher) that is completely not working and nobody interested to help.
Shocking and disappointing service.

Had an issue with our HXI triflex hoover, contacted miele ans they collected and fixed the hoover within a week. Absolute brilliant service and so easy to reach and contact when needed. I was provided with constant updates about the hoover and I also received a report from the engineer when fixed. So happy with the whole experience. Thank you
