Fantastic service from the time my vacuum cleaner stopped working. A box was dropped off and collected and returned again in a few days with my vacuum cleaner as good as new! Emails kept me updated as to the progress of the repairs. Top class serviceu

Fantastic and so quick

We love Miele products. We have a dryer and a hover. We have our hover about 3 years and the battery was dying quick, so we rang Miele and they replaced the battery and the part that catches the dirty. It is like a new hover. We have 3 dogs and use it probably twice daily.
It’s expensive, but you pay for what you get. We also have the dryer. We love it. Doesn’t use much electricity. And you’d need a dryer living in Ireland. Never had any issues with it.
If I had the money I’d get all Miele products 👌

Horrible service. Sadly you don’t give replacement for servicing machine. 2 hoovers broken in period of 2 years never again

Fantastic efficient repair service. Only down side was having to arrange collection and delivery. Would be alot more convenient done through the store of purchase, but otherwose excellent.

Over a year ago we bought one of the blizzard cx1 vacuum cleaners. It happened, that extension lead mechanism broke down. It needed repair. I've contacted Miele and they sent me a delivery box for my vacuum. I've sent the box away on Monday evening (around 7pm). And on Wednesday morning vacuum was delivered to my home!
Everything was fixed and delivered in just one day! Thank you!
