Absolutely appalled at the customer service at what I believed was a PREMIUM product with miele. Ordered over two weeks ago, sent me an invoice twice and absolutely nothing since on where my order is - no one answers when you ring customer service, no one answers the delivery number they give you - judging by the reviews below we all have the same issue - how has no one from head management seen these? Absolutely disgraceful. I will be seeking legal advice on how I get my matter solved seeing as I paid A LOT of money for my product.
I have been appalled by the terrible service at Miele Ireland. I have been attempting to order a number of new appliances for about 10 days now. Their website won’t let me pay. I am risky in good for several hours trying to speak to someone to make payment. They haven’t responded to e mails I have sent. Absolutely horrendous experience which no one should have to go through.
Anyone else have same problems?
Just hoping a senior manager or someone at Miele will read this and do something to solve the issues. Frankly, if they don’t then their business should fail.

Our Miele washing machine broke last Monday. Hands up - it was a great machine. The rubber seal broke a few years ago and I rang their customer service line and got efficient customer service, a quick appointment and a follow up text.
This time unfortunately that hasn't happened. I rang last Monday, gave all my details. The customer service agency seems to have been moved offshore - none of the agents I spoke to were Irish and their attitude was 'could not care less'. Previously it seems to have been based in Dublin and the agents were very friendly and helpful.
I was told I would get an email confirmation of my appointment in 24 hours. I asked the agent to confirm the email - he read it out very quickly but did not check the spelling. 24 hours later - no appointment. I rang again - re- checked the email which was inputted incorrectly. I was told that they had 'tried to contact me' - no. I asked for the email to be re-sent which the agent advised she would do. It wasn't. Two days later I rang again - this time I was a half an hour on the phone because the agent said he had to print off the confirmation in order to resend it again. I had my mail open in front of me and told him it had not come through. He told me it would in a few minutes - it didn't. I was also told I would get a text a day before the appointment - i haven't. I finally tried their online form on their website - filled one and submitted it - no response.
I am waiting a week now for a repair - not great
On 4th August 2023 I paid Miele Ireland €309 to fix my washing machine (bought in 2018) and it took until today, 13th September, to have it repaired. That's almost six weeks without a washing machine.
The repair guy came out and he was fine but he said some parts needed to be ordered from Germany and that took weeks. I had to keep ringing each week to find out what was happening because they were certainly not communicating with me. All the people I spoke to were polite, working to a script, and sounded robotic.
The next problem arose when they had the parts and they emailed to say that the technician would be out the next day. I emailed to say I would be in work. No reply that day and the guy turned up and nobody was home. So that opportunity was lost.
This week they texted to say the technician would be out today between 11.30 and 1.30. I phoned and asked could he arrive earlier or the next day as I had to go out at 11.30. I was assured that this would be done. And of course the repair guy turned up around 12.30. Fortunately, I had his number at this stage and he let himself in the side gate and my washing machine was repaired (haven't tried it yet).
I have never come across a more incompetent service. If you email they don't reply. If you phone you can be kept waiting and even then they don't do what they say they'll do. And why don't they have parts in stock in Ireland.
I bought a Miele because I thought it would be long-lasting and reliable and there would be a good customer service if anything went wrong. I don't find my washing machine particularly amazing even though it was quite expensive. Parts are expensive too of course. But the worst thing is the lack of communication within Miele, with the technician, and with customers. It's a disaster.
Website is absolutely all over the place. I have 3 appliances and have registered an account already. However, everytime I try to checkout on the website, when I login the site asks me to complete my profile and registration. When I enter the details and click create account the website just refreshes the page and asks me to complete registration again.
After trying various browsers and private browsing sessions, still with no luck, being forced to register in order to checkout I decided to use another account.
Created the account, accepted my details, address etc, get to payment... "User profile incomplete, Currently your user cannot place orders. Please contact customer support if you require additional assistance"
Products can be as good as you want but if you can't order them what's the point.
The smooth operation of everything, with the constant feedback via email on the progress.

They answered promptly and were very quick to organise collection of my Miele hoover which needed repair. Within 10 days from me contacting them I had the hoover back repaired.

It was really great experience. After phone call, the company posted me a box to send my vacuum to their service in NI. It took around 2 hours for the service to repair the vacuum, and they shipped it back very quickly.
I only setting 4 star, because I had to do it again after that. This is because the vacuum only worked 1 day after first repair. So I called them again, they shipped me a new box, I sent the vacuum back to them, and finally I received it back repaired.
Overall it’s great service and I highly recommend it. Remember to keep you receipts safe to avail of it!

Our Hoover was dropped off to dpd locally on Monday 17th July and brought to Miele repairs in Northern Ireland. The hoover was returned by dpd on the Wednesday 19th July fully repaired and functioning. This I thought was a great service and swift return. A very good service, I was impressed and very pleased.

Absoutely fantastic service. Had a problem with my cordless hoover, I rang the customer sales office, they were so helpful and assured they would send out box for hoover to be returned to them.
