Didn't help at all. Said I needed resolutions dept as I was querying an invoice. Couldn't put me through as it was too busy. Saud they would call back but this is the third time I have phoned and been promised a call back which had not happened.

It is a fine piece of engineering but my wife complains that the program choice is really poor, for example the 1400 spin is only available with 1 program (unless you do a separate spin). This replaced her old Miele where she had much more choice

Truly awful customer services. You can’t get through to anyone in Ireland, forced to speak to the customer services reps in Athens, they refuse to give me a number of the Irish store. I had spent 2 hours in the Liffey Valley store on Monday picking 6 appliances, despite several emails and numerous phone calls to the customer services team, still no quote or no ability to speak to the store regarding questions following my visit. Very frustrating. I am a long time Miele customer and I am seriously and reluctantly looking at another brand, I am worried about the quality of the aftercare and concerned that the shoddy customer services is a reflection of the product.

I spent €750 on the robotic hover, after i made a phone call to report it was faulty it took them 2 weeks to collect it from my house. It is now close to a month since they took it away and ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT from them about my appliance i have rang them so many times about it now, it feels like a second job trying to get an answer. NO APPLIANCE AND NO ANSWERS FROM THEM. THEY ARE A DISGRACE.
the people at the sales point were excellent. having bought a dishwasher for €1400+ I was assured of delivery on Tuesday 21 Nov 2023. It’s now 17.00 on Nov 23 2023 and there has been no delivery of my appliance.
I spent a good deal of time, certainly more time than I thought was reasonable trying to get in touch with the Miele customer support service; it took way way longer than it should have and when it finally kicked in it was marginally less than useless; the people there were helpful and straining to to be positive in a system they knew was not up to its promises.
Miele, get a grip. smarten up. you have great products but your customer service is seriously sub par.

I am a very happy Miele customer for a long time now and I was excited about the opening of their new store in Liffey Valley last week.
I wandered in for a look at the fabulous showroom. It is beautifully and tastefully fitted out with all their appliances. And - I kid you not - to the aroma of freshly baked scones!
I met Caren, one of the lovely sales team, and she was so welcoming and kind and helpful.
For a long time I’ve been holding on to my not-so-good-anymore Dyson vacuum cleaner and I left the shop with my brand new Miele Classic 1 vacuum cleaner. Such a lovely shade of blue and it is so light and the suction power is the best I have ever had in a similar product.
So thank you Caren. My visit was a ten out of ten satisfying experience. And it is great that I can now buy the detergent for my Twin Dos washing machine and the tabs for my dishwasher in Liffey Valley.
This is the place to visit if you really want the full picture on Miele Appliances.
Caren is a mine of information, very patient and just so well informed. Customer service at its very best.
A most worthwhile visit
Miele would get 0 stars if I could. Their customer service and delivery are exceptionally bad. When I ordered a replacement filter I was given a delivery date 4 days from date of order. Never showed up. Rang courier as per Miele and of course courier doesn’t want to know. Rang Miele back and they couldn’t find my order but managed to find my money and take it. After much tooing and froing they magically found it and lo and behold it hadn’t been despatched(6 days after original order). Then told oh shucks our bad but we will get it to you in maybe yes maybe 10 days time. And the sanctimonious git on the other end signs off with “have a great day”. Terrible service and when this Miele product packs in I won’t be going back.
Caren was absolutely superb in guiding me through the products and following up. The ovens I bought are fantastic and exactly what we needed.
Could not have asked foe anymore from Caren. She is excellent.
Terrible Customer service--took me 2 weeks to speak to someone in sales at Miele Ireland--ordered a 90cm Oven--given a delivery date and then told the delivery would be delayed a week--no explanation--had a call from Courier last week to say they didnt want to deliver the oven as the packaging appeared damaged-they would liase with Miele Ireland-in the intyerim--no feedback from Miele Ireland despite phone calls--courier delivered last Wednesday--oven is in bubble wrap--not how it left the factory--I havent touched it.
I ordered an identical oven 4 years ago--customer service was great at the time and it arrived crated as it would have left the factory. No one answers e-mails and no explanation. Oven is their premium product--I cant believe how poor their customer service has become.
Looks like I am forced to take legal action against them--have never had to do this before--they have some cheek to sell premium products with such poor customer service.
Top notch service from Eileen Dunne, Caren Robinson as well as great help from Julienne Matondo. The Miele crew know good service.
Interestingly they only comment 5 stars reviews. Miele by itself is excellent , but something wrong with their online shop, cannot pay as some glitch and even weeks after reporting issue still not resolved. Finally bought the item with the award message system and waiting and waiting for delivery....
All of my home appliances are from Miele. Recently my tumble dryer stopped working. I contacted Miele and a service technician (John) called to my house within two days. He was so helpful, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my dryer was old and beyond repair. I called Miele and ordered a new dryer over the phone and a new dryer was delivered within 2 days by Mick. Although Miele can be more expensive than other appliances, I will only ever buy Miele appliances as aside from their excellent products, all of the staff are very polite, helpful and professional and the after sales service is second to none. Thank you Miele.
I decided to buy Miele appliances because they have a great showrooms on the Naas Rd and Caren was very helpful answering all my questions. Their delivery service was brilliant and any installation questions were answered immediately by their technical team.
However Miele urgently need to improve phone access to the Dublin showrooms. Following my visit I rang the main number and asked to speak to the showrooms however the person taking my call had no idea that Miele had a showrooms in Dublin.
Not good enough.
Fortunately I had Caren's email address from a quote and my Miele experience was first class.

Bernadette in sales was excellent, so helpful & nothing was a problem. Alana & Mick in logistics arranged delivery & disconnect, my appliance was in my kitchen in less than 24 hours. Excellent service & would highly recommend Miele.
We have over time purchased a Miele vacuum, fridge/freezer, dryer & washing machine and the product quality of each is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations every time.
All of our orders were delivered within the expected time frame and we were kept up up to date with tracking for deliveries. The customer service department in Miele were so helpful any time we had a query and we are so happy with our overall Miele experience!
